The War on the Mexican Border: Ukraine is a fake diversion to bring America down from within with 5 million invaders

Another scam we have been dealing with in the United States is the war with Ukraine. Thanks to the Trump Administration, it is now fair game to look back on all these foreign wars, the war in Iraq, the war in Afghanistan, Korea, Vietnam, and many others, and understand that America has become the police force for the Desecrators of Davos ideas for collapsing borders and giving the United Nations world domination from the perspective of a centralized, administrative state. If you understand history and politics, it’s as obvious as a blue sky on a sunny, cloudless day. China was propped up and built by these same forces, and it is that model that the World Economic Forum proposes to utilize to gain control of every person on planet earth. The tools have been put in place, and they are making their move. And as they always have, a diversion is created while the real effort goes on somewhere else. This is clearly the case with the fake war in Ukraine, where globalist forces provoked Vladimir Putin’s sense of nationalism with threats of NATO membership with Ukraine to attack and defend his perception of border security.   And the United States suddenly is sending over 54 billion dollars to Ukraine to protect its border, while in the United States, the border to the south is wide open, and an open war is occurring as we speak. It’s a bloody and terrible war meant to topple America from within. The assumption is that defending that border is racist while defending the Ukraine border with infinite amounts of money is morally justified. Yet it’s all the same characters provoking both circumstances. 

Margorie Taylor Green was correct when she brought up this discrepancy in the middle of November 2022. I’ve been covering events on the American border with Mexico for many years, and I remember seeing lots of bloody pictures of severed heads that often happen in Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas from drug cartels sending messages to homeowners there to keep their mouths shut otherwise the same will happen to them. The violence on the border between America and Mexico is a tragedy of violence, rape, and murder, which is going largely unreported. It’s a purposeful attack on America by hostile forces, and the Biden administration knows full well what they are doing there. Since Biden took office, over 5 million illegal aliens have crossed over into America. That’s a lot of people. For perspective, there have only been 82,000 people from Russia who have attacked Ukraine. Yet we are sending billions of dollars to Ukraine to defend their border, but the Biden administration is operating with an open border policy with Mexico. Can you smell what’s cooking? We are being lied to and purposely invaded for our own destruction. 

And if we point it out, the political left will call us names like “racist.” Hey, I was at Costco the other day looking at books. It was a busy day, and I was at their book display with about 30 other people. My wife and I were the only “white” people at that table. There were lots of people from India, China, and of course, Mexico there bargain hunting. But there were no other white people. Now in my life, I am far from a racist; few people deal with people from all over the world more than I do. I greatly respect the work people from other countries do because they often outwork traditional Americans.   I find that their countries of origin still have a good work ethic.

In contrast, in the United States, through labor unions and other liberal activities, Americans expect too much money for doing too little work. I greatly admire the work ethic of people from other countries and have a long history of supporting them. So for me to say that I was the only white guy at the Costco book table isn’t racist. It’s a statement of fact. The Americans were probably too lazy to read a book, which would explain why they weren’t there as much as anything. But that so many people of different backgrounds could assimilate into the United States under a common flag is nothing short of a miracle. From the way I see things, the invasion wasn’t working because many of the people were fleeing other countries to come to the United States to get away from the kind of garbage that the Biden administration and his partners at the World Economic Forum wanted to bring to America. So when it came to voting, they were more likely to vote for Trump than any Democrat, which wasn’t the plan. The belief in the attack was that all the illegal immigrants would vote for Democrats and that the nation would be changed into some third-world country through the Cloward-Piven collapses of our population and financial system. 

The media was apocalyptic when Margorie Taylor Green even questioned Ukraine instead of the Mexican border. The television pundits on MSNBC were appalled that anybody who had seen the dead bodies in the streets in Ukraine could not be moved to send endless amounts of money to the corrupt country run by a comedian who was best known for playing a piano with his penis before becoming president of the United Nation’s next conquest. And yes, the pictures are terrible of the dead bodies in the city streets of Kyiv and other places. But they are mainly staged; what about a society that purposely kills people so that they can send the media in to take pictures and exploit those pictures so that billions of dollars of foreign aid would be sent to Ukraine? The intentional murder of people is even worse. It’s not like Putin has been acting alone; the war between Russia and Ukraine is more about destroying Russian sovereignty and questions of nationalism than it is about sentiments of post-Cold War strategy. If the media showed the violence on the American border with Mexico, the violence would be far worse; it’s even worse than in the days of ISIS cutting off people’s heads on television. The drug cartels run Mexico and are a military threat to the people of America who live along the border. And the Biden administration knowingly allows violence to advance a globalist political agenda, and many innocent people are being harmed along the way. Yet nobody is talking about spending money on the American border to defend it from an obvious foreign invasion. The situation is so bad that the Biden administration will be viewed as an impeachable offense. That is another reason that Democrats are so prone to cheating in elections to hold senate seats because they must maintain the votes to prevent the Republican-controlled house from impeaching Biden over his handling of the border war that is far more dangerous than anything happening in Ukraine. There are far more examples of violence, beheadings, rapes, and terror along the Mexican border than anything the media could show us from Ukraine. But they won’t show that violence in the media which tells you who is advocating for that American invasion and who is against it. That is the real fight, and the guilty parties are the ones who don’t want to look at it but instead want us to look to Ukraine. The war isn’t there, it’s here, in America, and the intent is our complete destruction and nothing less.

Beating the Bad Guys: The members of the “A Team” continue to have success, and for good reason

I was having a bad day, as some days sometimes go and I received a very nice text from a friend who showed me a photo of her sister reading my book in her backyard.  I really appreciated it, and it didn’t take long to smooth out that bad day into what I often say, wrestling alligators and making boots out of them.  But at a time when things were pretty tough, it was nice to see someone send me something that was positive.  I appreciated the gesture.  And it also reminded me of what I had done a year prior with that book and how significant it has been to improving the world in ways that aren’t typically measured.  Around August and September of 2021, I had given out 100 copies of my book, The Gunfighter’s Guide to Business to those I considered part of the “A Team,” various members in politics, business leaders, legal people, and in the trench freedom fighters I thought had a chance to do good things, and wanted to.  I couldn’t give books to everyone I knew, but I did to those who showed the most promise of doing big things on a war front that the mainstream news was ignoring.  While they wanted us to look at everything but what was important, I had been pointing out with greater frequency that real fight that we are all involved in, and I knew I needed to do something to help facilitate that effort in our war time epic that we are living through presently. 

Prior to the book coming out in August of 2021 I was pulling into the parking lot of the World’s Largest Truck Stop in Iowa when I received a call from another very good friend, a VIP known statewide.  He was upset that I had changed the name of my blog site from Overmanwarrior’s Wisdom, to The Gunfighter’s Guide.  For over a decade he had come to rely on my blog site for the kind of news that he couldn’t get anywhere else, and he wasn’t happy with the name change.  I explained to him that we were in a different world now.  I felt that there was a real need to provide people with a guide to fight and defend themselves in this increasingly hostile world, a world that desired to commit election fraud to remove a president, a world that was clearly fine with committing treason against the United States of America and to sell away all our assets to syndicates of global criminal enterprise.  And a world that would French kiss evil happily then spit in our face and call us the bad guys.  A lot of people were lost in how to deal with those elements and I had a background that had some strategy that might help them, so I was planning to focus my intentions on doing just that.  He seemed somewhat satisfied with that answer, even if he protested the change.  But now, a year later, what I was up to has been quite clear and I am happy to report that the world is moving in the right direction.

For instance, one of those copies of the book I gave to the controversial Venessa Wells from Lakota schools.  I saw her as a bright new voice in the fight for constitutional preservation and thought she might make good use of it.  But I didn’t give a book to the Lakota school board president Lynda O’Conner.  Even though she and I were attached at the hip at that time, I felt she was just using me to gain power on the school board and to become its president.  I didn’t care because if she gained power, then there would be a 3 to 2 vote against another levy on the ballot, so it was a mutual relationship kind of thing.  But I didn’t see her as someone who would make use of the strategies outlined in my book.  But Venessa was.  Its one thing to talk about the news, as I had been doing on my blog site for years.  Its quite another to come up with unique strategies that could heavily leverage wins to those who follow the outlines of my book.  And that was what was needed.  I often talk about the paralysis that most people have when confronted with evil.  Most of society suffers from this condition.  And those who aren’t afraid to fight often feel the system is so against them that they can be identified and destroyed once they are singled out.  So they often find themselves running from the bad guys instead of fighting them.  That was what had to change which I had to explain to my VIP friend.  I was talking to someone just a few days ago who felt they were targeted to be killed, and they felt they only had a short time to live to do some of the good whistleblowing work that needed to be done, before they were killed.  In my personal background, not only do I have a long history with Lean techniques, and all kinds of business improvement techniques and psychological analysis, but I have a background with various mobs and criminal elements.  I have known very well various judges and hit people, so I know the underbelly of society thoroughly.  And I don’t want people to feel that they will be killed just for doing the right things in life.  That’s why I wrote the book, to help those people feel they can do their work, and not worry about such things. 

A year later, after giving out those 100 books, and then the many others who have bought the book for themselves and made good use of it, there have been some very good victories against detrimental odds that now show a path to success, just as I knew it would.  But sharing that with others isn’t so easy.  People get inundated by information coming at them from all sorts of directions.  But the track record is unmistakable and it makes me happy to see.  I appreciate all the great feedback, but more than that, I enjoy more seeing people win at life, at whatever they are trying to do.  On the freedom movement side, if they win, then I’m happy.  But in business too.  It’s a hostile world out there and people need some way to get an advantage.  And if the concepts in The Gunfighter’s Guide to Business are followed in regard to international trade and intercontinental relationships entire nations could be brought down, such as China, or groups of hostile nations such as the Desecrators of Davos.  They are much weaker and more vulnerable than many think they are, they aren’t so scary, if you know how to beat them.  And that was the point of The Gunfighter’s Guide to Business all along, and why I changed the name to my blog site, to help people learn how to beat those scary forces out there that want to control the world, whether its locally, statewide, nationwide, or internationally.  There is no reason to be scared, or powerless in this world.  If you know how to beat the bad guys, in whatever field, then I want to see people free to do so.  Good people should never worry about being killed or destroyed for doing the right thing.  And after a year of strategy outlined in that book, the track record is obvious, and there are many more victories to enjoy before its all said and done.

Larry Fink Says Globalism is Dead: What he doesn’t understand, the nature of all productivity in life

In his usual letter to CEOs under the BlackRock portfolio management, Larry Fink revealed some carefully guarded frustrations at the end of March 2022 that are worth noting. It’s a bit humorous for me, I have been predicting this very problem for the globalists for a long time, and right on time, they are feeling the heat. These big plans they always come up with sound great in their own minds when they talk about them with each other. But reality often tells a different story. These days, Fink and his buddies at the World Economic Forum, the Desecrators of Davos that I call them, are trying to shield themselves from as much responsibility for the mess they’ve made as possible. In Fink’s letter, he declares that globalism is dead, that the war in Ukraine has wrecked everything, and now everyone must rethink everything. And just as he said that the federal government indicated that it would start enforcing ESG standards for all publicly traded companies, fulfilling some of those same strategies that Fink said were dying. The translation of the entire matter is that Fink has been called out; several top-rated books like Woke, Inc and The Great Reset have shown people what the Desecrators of Davos have wanted for a long time, and Fink has been exposed. He’s used to hiding behind a façade of celebrity and financial talk that nobody understands. But now, people understand what he has been doing with BlackRock, to essentially force progressive politics onto every publically traded company in the world and to slide outright communism under the door and call it progress. 

I’m not freaked out about any of this; after all, everything they are doing essentially traces back to repackaged Marxism, and it always fails everywhere. It’s why I felt I needed to write a book on this very problem called The Gunfighter’s Guide to Business. Even though the book hasn’t at this point been out a year, it is showing itself to be very prophetic for these very times. When people saw the cover, I had a lot of feedback about the artwork while publishing it, which was sometimes hostile. People do judge a book by its cover, so I was very specific about how the cover for a book on business would be displayed, and it has confused people, which is purposeful. The question I get is, why is a book on business and management covered with a skull and smoking guns with poker-like emblems on the cover? The answer is that it is meant to articulate the actual situation at war in the world, the big elephant in the room that nobody wants to deal with. A question that needed to be answered by me from an old friend who is a prominent Lean sensei consultant for multi-billion dollar a year companies worldwide addresses the most common elephant in the room regarding the nature of productivity which has frustrated human beings for thousands of years. He asked me, “why don’t people buy into this Lean stuff, especially in America?” He continued, “I mean, I’m fine if they want to hire me over and over again every five years to come back and reteach their cultures Lean. But why don’t they get it?” That’s when I reminded him of the story of Deming after WWII and how Japan put their own spin on what he taught them, which became the Toyota model that the rest of the world has been trying to copy all this time. The problem is that it runs counterintuitive to reality. The Japanese people are hardworking but are collective in their natures. That is not how the West is, and nothing in the world will make people of western culture, where most manufacturing was invented, into becoming more collective based. 

I often tell people like that consultant that America invented a whole new way of doing things while Marx was coming up with his ridiculously lazy theories in Europe. But in the East, where they have openly embraced Marx and used him to manage their companies and their governments, they assume that it’s all part of western civilization that they have repackaged for themselves. But the proper elements of American life, which has the most extraordinary productivity on planet earth per capita and otherwise, it was the story of the Wild West, of the gunfighters, of law and order for individuals that is the secret sauce to everything economic. And virtually none of our modern education systems has figured it out. They have been teaching all the wrong things, which is why Larry Fink and the Davos gang are perplexed at the direction of the world they have been manipulating at the resistance to them that they are now seeing. I explained it to my friend like this, in the West, in America, business is viewed as a baby. We work to create an environment with our American Constitution that simulates the Natural Law of the birthing process. When tens of thousands of sperm are injected into a mating ritual, they all seek an egg to penetrate and start the process of human life. But out of all those attempts, only one will do the deed. We fight hard in life to create that opportunity for one to get the chance, which is the key to all economics. Management’s job is not to provide “equity” to all the sperm, so they can all have a chance to penetrate the egg. We look for the exceptional to do the task, and our job is to provide an environment for the exceptional to create something new. 

It was the weak and the lazy in the world who found a retreat in Marxism from the world’s pressures.   They have given up the desire to be exceptional in their lives, seeking refuge in collective salvation. And in every business environment, they look at those who are the best, who are exceptional, as a threat to their existence, so they are always trying to assassinate the characters who stand in the way of their desired complacency. So that is why the smoking guns and the skull are on my book’s cover. Because you have to expect as a productive and enterprising individual that all the collectivists out there will always be gunning for you, to shoot you down dead in the street and eliminate you from the competition of collectivism at every opportunity. It’s the greatest elephant in the room of modern civilization.   Because most people are not bold enough to be exceptional in their lives, they are quite happy to be content with little Marxists hiding behind ESG scores and overly managed centralized governments, either in their country or their corporations. But nothing comes from those types, which is why the rest of the world that has adopted Marxism struggles to produce any GDP. In America, in the chaos of individual rights, innovation, productivity, and money creation is abundant. In the Wild West, we figured out the nature of Natural Law not just in the making of life but also in making economies. And many jealous souls would do anything to destroy the exceptional. But in management, in all management, even in Lean Manufacturing, the rules still apply. The job of top management is to find the exceptional and to put them in a position to succeed. And if they do that, they will have successful results. But before any of that can happen, it has to be acknowledged that it’s the exceptional in the world who do everything, and our job is to find them and promote them. Every attempt at collective salvation, including Larry Fink’s extremely liberal finance policies, is doomed to fail every single time. Because what they all think, which was born from Marx and his lazy rationalization for all civilization, runs against the Natural Law of the universe and will never be made true, no matter how many people they recruit to their cause.

The End of the Democrat Party: Beating Klaus Schwab and the globalists by destroying their Trojan Horse

The End of the Democrat Party

I wish it were still up on the internet, a radio show that I had done around 2017 when I predicted the end of the Democrat Party by the year 2021. The more we analyze what has happened since 2020 politically, that Covid has hidden from the world with a new kind of government made chaos, the more evident that Democrats as a legitimate political party are a thing of the past. It’s gone. That much was even more apparent when Biden gave his presser this past week trying to throw off the disguise and put it on Republicans when he asked, “what are they for?” As if politics demanded that representatives be “for” something in a perpetual change instead of doing constitutional law business. That lost puppy look in his eyes said everything and was consistent with my previous statements. The Democrat Party was done. They had cheated, lied, and manipulated their way into a few more years of life, but as a party, they represented only a globalist attack on the sovereignty of America. They were only the next War of 1812, where billionaires used these remnants of a political party to infiltrate our republic and try to turn the keys over to Claus Schwab at the World Economic Forum. Europe has been jealous of America since the beginning and has tried to let the air out of our tires any chance they could, and they still are clearly with the efforts at the Great Reset, which the Covid crises was clearly the Trojan Horse they were using. Running and hiding from a virus behind masks and social distancing is not the same as treating the virus with known fixes, such as Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin. They never wanted to fix Covid, they tried to use it to attack our country and the world in general with the Great Reset, and in America, the Democrats were their means to an open door. If you have not seen Glenn Beck’s outstanding show on the Great Reset, I’ll include it below for your education. 

The Democrats, as I had been saying, were done, and they seem to know it. They needed to collapse the American system ultimately to hold power, and that hasn’t happened. Constitutional law has thwarted the intentions of the Davos attackers and their many billions of dollars of investment, which is all that has propped up the Democrat Party presently. But essentially, we no longer have a two-party system. We have one party, MAGA, led by Trump. Then we have remnants of the past, purchased politicians who have become millionaires in office to keep their mouths shut and open the door to Schwab and his greenie weenie attackers from Europe and Asia. On that old radio show, I further said that the Republican Party would split off into two factions to become the new right and left. The liberals would continue with President Trump, while the more conservative types would become the new Republicans. The political spectrum has shown a country well right of the current center. The media cultures of New York, Washington, and Los Angeles refuse to acknowledge this information because they would be an admission that they are not representative of our social norms. But the result of the last several years is the massive government-sponsored election fraud—the collaboration with Big Tech to destroy the Bill of Rights. The global disruption of Covid to provoke the World Economic Forum Great Reset, all these things had taught average Americans about the nature of the attacks into their lives, something that before was only regulated into conspiracy theory. And there is no going back from all that now. 

The Trojan Horse Attack by Davos

The most telling element of the destruction of the Democrat Party is their bench; they have no youth that isn’t radicalized, socialists. When Joe Biden’s polling numbers are as low as they are, paralyzingly low, they are the kind of low that you get when you have a popular election and the Democrats cheated and tried to prop up this dead old man with a stick up his caboose, and people see what’s going on. Even traditional Democrats are turning away from him because he doesn’t represent their intentions. Joe Biden is all about the Davos crowd, the United Nations, and Chinas intentions to take over the world.   Now a year into his presidency, not even Democrats approve of him. Independents are looking for options. There is no way for Biden to recover because he was not elected by the people making judgments now. It’s like cheating for the big test. You get the grade, but then you can’t do the job because you don’t know the information. Within the decade, Nancy Pelosi, Joe Biden, Chuck Schumer, and many of the prominent characters of the Democrat Party will die off due to old age. Hillary Clinton thinks she might get another chance at the presidency, but she is old too. There aren’t any spectacular 40 and 50-year-olds who can step in and carry on the party philosophy. Because the Democrats are the ones who don’t stand for anything, and they have not developed a bench. Their plan all along was to destroy America into a global United Nations-driven government before they lost their power, and that clock ran out on them. Republicans, on the other hand, have lots of personalities beyond Trump. When he’s no longer wanting to be in politics, great Republican minds from 50 to 20 will carry on the political needs of a representative Republic, and that’s the most telling element. 

The Democrats are desperate, they went all-in on this mess, and they have been caught. They may control the legal perspective at the moment because they control all the houses of congress; they are attempting to gerrymander congressional districts to grab more air before they drown, but the real signs of trouble for them are in their bench and what they stand for. People have had a good taste of what they stand for and don’t like it. Democrats stand for inflation, illegal immigration, drugs, abortion, centralized government that gave us things like Covid. It has been a stark reality for moderates to deal with, and they are currently turning to Trump. Eventually, Trump will become the new liberal party. People like myself will find representation within the Republican Party that is more constitutionally conservative, more Thomas Jefferson and Abraham Lincoln, and less John Adams centralist. But to surrender it all to Klaus and the Davos gang of billionaire infiltrators behind Big Tech and many other industries who want to rule the world, Americans have seen enough, and those plans are melting before everyone’s eyes. That doesn’t mean we don’t have to fight the incursions on a day-by-day basis. But like the depth of bench from the Democrats, the Davos attackers don’t have a Trojan Horse into America without the Democrats. So if they don’t survive, Davos and their intentions won’t either. And that is something that is good news for all those who are newly concerned about it. My predictions from the last decade are right on time. Seeing where the world will be in a few short years, the unthinkable isn’t so farfetched. And I think we will find a world that works much better in America for which the rest of the world can then follow.

There is Nothing Worse than Saying Something Cannot be Done: Managing unknowns for victory

Sometimes the Answers are Where Nobody Looks

For perspective, I feel like I say it 1000 times in a week; limits are meant to be overcome, not yielded to.  When I hear someone say, I can’t do this because of this, or I can’t do that, I immediately hear laziness in the terminology. It’s a lazy approach to life because skills are often needed to be developed to achieve a task.  And when people tell you that something can’t be done, it’s because they are too lazy to do it, plain and simple.  I understand limits, but as I talk about constantly in my new book, The Gunfighter’s Guide to Business, perceptions of what is achievable today will be shattered tomorrow with lots of practice.  That is certainly the case with various fast draw competitions that go on all over the country that are less known to most of the world because they exist in pockets of Americana.  We seem to understand these kinds of things in sports, where rookies improve with experience, and that few people expect a newly drafted football player to go straight to the NFL and be a superstar.   It takes time and development to become great.  And that is true too in how we make all our livings.  When I hear someone tell me that it takes this much time to do this kind of thing, that is never a fixed value.  But is only a point of reference that should always be pushed for and achieved.  That is why I suggest that all business people stop thinking in controlled statistical ways and always look for innovation opportunities to explore what can be done, not what lazy people tell you can be.

Bullwhip Speed and Accuracy

Every year that I do the Annie Oakley Wild West Show in Darke County during the last weekend of July each year, I go through this process.  It’s always one of the fun weekends that I give myself to keep the world in focus.  I love Darke County, Ohio.  It reminds me of many towns out west and brings the heart of America close, so it’s easy to see.  And this year was no different.  We have the bullwhip competitions that I always participate in, where many of these ideas about business have matured over the years and eventually evolved into the themes of this book.  Now that I am one of the elderly participants, the competitions have become a period of self-reflection for me rather than a nervous do-or-die thing with legacy performers from years past.  As I also talk about in The Gunfighter’s Guide to Business, young people need more than anything a reputation to launch them into life.  Well, I have my reputation well intact, and nobody can ever take that from me, even if the thing we are doing is relatively tiny in the scheme of things.  The bullwhip competitions of Annie Oakley for me were always a big deal because the people who do them are unique.  The activity is out of the box, and you develop a genuine respect for the people who share that space with you.  And the competition pushes you always to get better.  And once you push yourself to get better and have success, you realize that the same holds with just about everything in life, including decisions that cost millions of dollars either way if success or failure is utilized.  That may be the life I’m in now, but over the years, my grounding in these cowboy arts always kept things authentic to me and gave me perspectives that nobody else was considering, even though they probably should have. 

The two videos I’ve included in this article are from two bullwhip competitions from this latest 2021 Annie Oakley show.  I always do pretty well in those, but the value in winning has diminished a lot over time.  What matters most to me, what has become an obsession of sorts, is managing all the competition variables in these kinds of things.   In both competitions, the goal is to cut as many cups off the target stands at the fastest rate that you can.  One competition, the Speed Switch, requires you to do so with both hands.  The other, Speed and Accuracy, is all one hand and in sequence.  If you miss a cup, it’s a 5-second penalty.  You get two attempts at each cup.  You have to stand six feet from the target and not cross the line with your feet.  The time starts on your first crack.  Those are the rules.  That is the way participants interact with the competition.  Like in all things in life, that is how we plan to achieve success, cutting as many targets as possible in the fastest time you can.  What fascinates me is all the variables that come up in pressured events that can wreck those plans.  The people who usually win at these things, whether they are in bullwhip competitions or big business deals, can manage those variables.

Many talented people are good at the exhibitions in the bullwhip world, but not so good at the competitions.  Without the pressure of time, where they can show off the skills that they’ve practiced for hundreds of hours, they are magnificent world record holders, and it looks great for an audience.  But when they apply the same methods to a timed competition, things go bad and don’t look so good.  It has always fascinated me how the difference between the two is so applicable to life in general.  People who study and practice a lot in life can put on a great show.  But when the pressure is on, they usually choke.  That choke is what people tell me thousands of times a week and expect me to accept because that has become fashionable in the world, to accept failure. Instead, my thing is to get comfortable with pressure and danger and learn to manage the variables.  Not to yield to them.

I have done those contests for many decades now every year at the Annie Oakley event, and not a single one has ever been the same.  Sometimes the popper blasts off the end of my whip.  Sometimes the whip gets caught on the target stand, as happened this year.  Sometimes we perform on grass, sometimes on smoothed concrete where the whip slowly slides all over the place. Sometimes the wind kicks up and throws off your aim.  Sometimes, a speedy guy will have luck catching most of the targets on their first run, forcing you to go faster than you are comfortable with.  All those variables are what make the good from the bad.  It’s not the skill; everyone who competes has talent.  But it’s in how you manage the variables that matter most.  

Its all in fun, but is it……………………..?

Ultimately, that is one of the big takeaways from The Gunfighter’s Guide to Business. I’ve been a professional in the industry for more than three decades, and I work with people who also have a lot of experience.  Everyone has lots of experience; they go to college, get trained and try to do the best they can.  My point is that little things like these extra little competitions I do, such as bullwhip competitions force you to adapt to all the things they don’t teach you in an orthodox society.  How can you use your skills to accommodate all the things that happen that you don’t control?  Can you still win then?  Well, of course, you can.  But what makes me madder than a hornet that some kid has stuck a stick into its nest is when someone tells me something can’t be done because they have not learned themselves how to manage variables in their life.  That they accept that anything outside of their skill level is a mystery that they automatically yield to.  To me, that is just the kind of thing they should all be training for, in having the skill to do the job, but in honing those skills so that they can adapt to the variables that come up along the way.  That they can successfully manage the situation when it’s never optimal and still succeed.

So far, my new book, The Gunfighter’s Guide to Business, is doing what I wanted it to do; it has opened up a new kind of dialogue with my usual blog audience and expanded the message in ways that promote growth and hope. I’ve spent over a decade writing just about every day literally.  At this site, there are many thousands of articles that I have written for free that are good and relevant to the problems of our day.  But there is nothing like a book you can hold in your hand.  Many authors have published works about the opposition to our American Republic, such as Saul Alinsky, The Weather Underground, Antifa, and many others openly hostile to American life. People have read them as a recruiting mechanism toward the mess we see today.  Traditional Americans, I hesitate even to say conservatives, have not met the challenge for many reasons.  They looked at the insurrection possibilities more as a nuisance than anything, yet here we are.  These evil people have been vile, and now many of them are running our government.  And like a good sheriff from the days of the Wild West, we have to clean up our town, our country, and our very lives in ways we never thought we’d have to.  I wrote The Gunfighter’s Guide to Business as a purposeful strategy guide for undoing unprofitable enterprises in our political lives and our places of business.  At the foundations of productivity to preserve goodness and justice for all.  I will likely always write daily articles as I have, and I’ll do it because many people need to hear words of encouragement and some sense in a confusing and aggressive world.  But a book is different; when people buy it, they invest.  It has added value to them.  Then in reading it, there is the investment of time.  In the end, a book has a complete set of thoughts, from the beginning to the end.  A book projects a comprehensive view to behold and can direct the reader to a resolution, which is needed. The Gunfighter’s Guide to Business has been created as an option toward conceptual understanding.

The book doesn’t come out until August 28th of 2021. Still, just the initial links to booksellers such as Target, Barnes & Nobel, and The Book Depository have been encouraging. I’ve made many new friends from hopeful people looking for something just like The Gunfighter’s Guide to Business.   As I have been saying, this is a book I wanted to read.  At this point, I have read over 1000 books in my life.  And am well on my way toward the next thousand.  Yet, I have not seen a book like this one on strategy ever written.  I meant for it to be Western Civilization’s answer to Sun Tzu’s The Art of War which we haven’t seen in 2500 years.  So when the question is asked, why me and why this book?  It’s because I got tired of waiting for someone else to write a book like this, and nobody has.  And there are no plans to do so by anybody.

Many conservative writers are doing good work, but there appears to be none who are audacious enough to presume that they have the authority even to attempt such a book.  We would assume that such a book would come from some great war general or even a country’s president.  Yet, in truth, most of the best things in life come from those who reach for the stars and get burned along the way and are outside observers of any historical trajectory.  It has become clear that institutional assumptions and the products of their effort will never produce such an unusual perspective to defend Western Civilization’s capitalism properly and audaciously as needed.  It would have to come from a unique perspective to answer popular classics such as The Art of War and Japan’s Book of Five Rings.   It’s not in following the rules of publishing either that any such book could come to be; it takes in some cases breaking those rules because the rules have been limiting the thinking in the first place.

The publisher of The Gunfighter’s Guide to Business has been great to work with Liberty Hill, a division of Salem Publishing.  I went with them after the whole incident with Parler, where Amazon shut them off their server.  I had been considering publishing with Amazon because of their vast resources and reach, but what Parler taught us was that if we fall out of political alignment with a host of our work, we could find ourselves canceled out of existence.  So I changed course after that event and found the very conservative Liberty Hill publishers, which were terrific.  However, they have listed me as to booksellers as a conservative author. That’s true; I am a very conservative author.  But I have already seen a stigma directed at me on search engines and product placement.  For instance, because Amazon is a bookseller, The Gunfighter’s Guide to Business is listed for sale.  Yet the Kindle version, which is available now, is listed on a different page than the print edition, out on August 28th.   Usually, all editions of a book are listed on the same page.  Little things like that will impact the buying experience where a purchaser may have to decide between a digital version and a print edition.  But the way Amazon listed it, they may not know they have a choice.   The book is available anywhere books are sold, so I’m not going to get hung up on little things like that. Still, it is an indication that wherever the marketplace can be manipulated against a conservative author, you can bet that some activists working for these companies will certainly do so.  It shouldn’t be a surprise, but rather, it should be expected. 

So far, the best price for the print edition has been coming from The Book Depository, which is offering it at a 10% discount off the usual price.  The Book Depository is selling The Gunfighter’s Guide to Business at $15.21 for the print edition.  There are also Nook versions of the book as well as offerings at iBook in a digital format.  We may do an audible version at some point, but the book itself should be different from what we do on the blog site.  The Gunfighter’s Guide to Business is meant to hold in your hands.  It’s also meant to be divorced from the internet, meaning that the relationship for big brother is removed from reading it. It’s a book that some mass investor may want to buy and dump into the streets of Hong Kong or Cuba to teach them how to overthrow their communist regimes, much the way communists have flooded colleges and regions of activism with The Coming Insurrection and Rules for Radicals. It would be good about now to flip that script.  There is nothing like a book you can hold in your hand or stick in your pocket to read at the small hours of the morning over coffee and pancakes somewhere to refer to when the strength of the day has worn away, and a freedom fighter needs some encouragement.  Honk Kong could use a lot of that, so that’s my thinking on the hard print editions at this point.  If someone wanted to do such a thing as an investment, it wouldn’t hurt my feelings.  If we can get them a 10% discount, I’m all for it. 

As I said, I have spoken to many good people over this past week who were very energized to get The Gunfighter’s Guide to Business to satisfy their strategic goals. It’s a scary world right now, and things do appear hopeless.  But I would argue that it is all entirely on purpose.  It’s like when a robber tells us to stick up our hands and people comply because they hope that by going along to get along, the villains will let them live and not just shoot them dead.  And that’s what we have going on a lot these days, especially when it comes to mandatory vaccination talk and the wearing of masks to submit to a tyrannical authority.  The Gunfighter’s Guide to Business is all about how to eliminate that robber before they get a chance to hold us up.  And that is a very proactive sentiment that people are finding attractive.  All hope is not lost.  I would argue that we are just beginning to win absolute freedom for ourselves in these dark times.  For many, it just takes a slightly different way of thinking to make it happen, and from what I hear so far, we are well on our way.

Don’t Listen to What Biden Says: Its what he does which reveals his communist nature

Its what People Do which tells the Truth about Them

You have to understand; we are living in the future; it’s a media-driven culture full of video images and photos.  We have learned to judge the value of something based purely on the way it looks and sounds as positioned to us through imagery.  Back in other times not that long ago, we judged evidence based on what we read and could gather through the vetting process of public opinion, from mouth to mouth.  So we are dealing these days with professional manipulators of what an image can communicate, and without question, that is a factor in the mass corruption we see these days.  Of course, politicians would attempt to challenge people’s intelligence and enrich themselves because they could hide their true intentions and complete character behind their ability to present good imagery to the public.  And getting some success with this ability, now they have gone all out with open crimes that Butch Cassidey would have blushed at.  Not all criminals are black-hatted curling mustache monstrosities.  Sometimes they are that older man like Joe Biden, who has sold America to communist China and has done it by acting like your prolonged lost grandpa stuttering through sentences, limping around on stage to appear feeble.  But he tells a few jokes, tries to make everyone lower their guard by stumbling around with old-fashioned stories of his youth, and before you know it, you find yourself trusting the guy.  Just as China and other hostile agents worldwide have learned, the way to dupe Americans and others worldwide is to control what they see and hear so that they’ll ignore what the bad guys are doing.

That’s why I say all the time, ignore what people tell you. Don’t get caught looking at the makeup, the nice clothes, the pleasant smiles.  Pay attention to what people do.  Especially pay attention to what they do when they think people aren’t looking.  Now people too lazy to take that extra step are often defensive about the need for doing this. They’ll say things like, “show me the evidence,” as if to justify why they won’t do the extra work in analyzing behavior patterns to make more informed decisions.  The essence of these people is that they are sloppy and essentially lazy.  They want people to tell them what to think because they don’t like thinking for themselves.  Those are essentially the type of people who make up liberalism.  They want to trust the system, the process, and the signs of health that they can visually see because they don’t want to think what all those elements might mean.   The way, however, to figure out the truth of a matter is to watch what people do.  Watch how they behave as a totality of their existence.  Before there was so much eye candy in modern times, before television, before movies and full-color ads, people had no other way to measure behavior except by what happened as a result.  But these days, what image is projected is usually what people accept as reality, even if the image’s projection has no relationship to achievement in the real world at all. 

Yet, we can say with complete confidence that Joe Biden’s administration is a communist one; it is fully aligned with the Chinese government and is intended to hand them the goal they have been seeking for a long time, which is to take over the United States entirely.  To run it, by the middle of the next decade.  The Chinese are happy to wait; they have been waiting since the 1950s, so another decade is no problem.  They seek to undo us from within as a culture; they often write many of the policies that we develop domestically through financial influence and their “honey pot” network.  They are just waiting for everything to fall in the United States, exactly why they wanted Joe Biden in the White House.  They wanted a crotchety old many Americans trusted to sell the story of communist takeover to the public so the Chinese could swoop in and collect their assets at the end of a few terms and become the world power they always wanted to.  But to get there, they had to sabotage the big dog of America not through competition, which they can’t compete within a capitalist fashion, but through sabotage.  Now, of course, nobody will ever admit that this is what they are up to.  Nobody is even willing to accept on any side, even Republicans, the level of cheating that occurred in the 2020 election by China.  Because to see it, we’d have to declare war with the Chinese formally, and many enjoy too much money pouring into their lives from the communist country.  And the pillow talk, even though many of the honey pots from China are sleeping with multiple people simultaneously, such as in Eric Swalwell’s case, prevents complex emotions from rising to the surface.  Yet the Biden administration has shown where its allegiance is on communism with a few occasions.

Cybercrime has been a big problem for a while, and it is how communist China learns from the world.  They don’t do things themselves; they steal information through cybercrime.  And China has been caught doing it by the pro-Biden intelligence agencies of America.  Yet Joe Biden has attempted to explain away the Chinese government as free of guilt without any proof whatsoever that China’s government is not behind it all.  Biden tried to paint the situation as if it were rogue elements in China who were conducting the massive amounts of cybercrime that are currently going on. Biden’s lack of commitment to the issue tells you everything you need to know.  What Biden does shows what is going on with this government; it is aligned with communist China.  Now you might be saying, dear reader, that all that is a coincidence, or simply, a “misunderstanding.” Okay, well, then let’s look at the freedom movement in Cuba, just a few miles to the south of Florida, where people there are attempting to rise against the communist government and overthrow the Castro regime’s tyranny.   Again, in the same week, Biden came out in support of the Cuban government, not the people trying to throw off communism, but those who advocate for it.  That tells you everything you need to know.

When it is asked, which it is often, who controls the Biden administration, the puppet strings first run through China.  They are ultimately the way that Biden was elected in America.  The evidence is pouring forth by the droves.  Now, most people aren’t ready to deal with any of that.  They don’t want to believe it because it means they will have to do something about it, and they are just too lazy to have that engagement.  But we know by what people do, whether it’s the Chinese government, our government, or the Biden administration under great scrutiny, what they are really up to, what they believe, and what they intend for us based on their actual behavior. It’s not what they say.  It’s not their denials.  It’s what they physically do which declares their character and the truth of their guilt.  And it is that which we must use to judge the situation for the betterment of existence.

Taking a Break to Usher in the Future

I take a lot of pride into being able to produce a lot of work in a 24-hour period. However, presently I have a lot of big projects that I’m working on so for about 60 days I’m going to take a bit of time off this news outlet so that I can contribute that time to a book I’ve been thinking about for several years now called A Gunfighter’s Guide to Business. Even with my very busy schedule I write around 1200 words per day, and to get the book done, I need to give myself that time to put those words into an actual book. The strategy for doing this is obvious from my perspective. When you want to put more chips on the table to sweeten the pot, you have to make sure you have the right hand, and I do. The timing for this project is ideal so its time to make that move.

Don’t worry, I’ll return to this effort after the time indicated. But in the meantime, I need to focus on the themes of the book instead of covering everything all the time. I have always viewed this site more as a talk radio program where freedom of thought can stream over the words without worrying too much about grammar and little structural errors, in the same way that my experience with talk radio taught me. Not to get too hung up on the 8th grade English teacher rules of language and focus more on getting the ideas out of your head and down on paper so that people can share in those sentiments and help build a movement toward a more creative and more free future. The reality of such experiments is that most people think the same things, but what they have to overcome is the alienation that comes from structured politics in isolating people from their biological need for collective sentiment, a parody of our ancient past. The wave of the future of course is the one of the American, independent, wanting to break the rules of conformity which holds us back, and the understanding that we make money in America, we aren’t ruled by it.

I have offered all this work free of charge because I want to help people come to terms with themselves, and to ultimately allow that freedom to be reflected at the voting booth. This new project of mine is for sale, so there are higher expectations for the results. If I want to do my best on it, then I need to give it the time required. Regarding the book and how it gets to market and all those elements, it takes a lot of work and won’t be a fast deal. But nothing happens until you actually write it. Lately as I have come to understand the need for a book like it, my mind has been obsessed over its contents. It took a few years for me to work out the theme and how it would distinguish itself from other business books on strategy. Thankfully, over the last several months I have had all my points sharpened into what has given me a distinct and unusual way to look at the world of business not under previous presidential administrations where some of the concepts I’ll be proposing would be laughed at by previous modes of thinking. But the Trump economy is a very real thing and will have long lasting impacts, and that change in market focus will require a uniquely “American” perspective, which will be the primary theme of the book.

For so many years America has been studying how other people do things and has been concerned about the feelings of other countries to the point of crippling our own economy to appease them. Yet America is the premier market driver of the world and has the strongest economy. So, it should be obvious that they should be studying us, not us them. And we need to understand that what we do is more effective than what others do and to finally be proud of that attribute. There has been an invisible force active and I see it every day when dealing with people no matter where in the world that they are, that highlights the weaknesses of our natures instead of seeking to overcome them, which has a direct impact on overall productivity. I think there is a lot more juice that can be squeezed out of the orange and I am very excited to show others how to do it.

The way the world works is that even if I put these thoughts down for people to read for free, they would not value them. By paying for the work, naturally more value is applied to the subject matter. So for the long term gain, the short term refocus is more than worth it. Ironically all this became very clear to me the other night, while playing poker. There are so many terms that come from poker that are applicable to business and I couldn’t help but think of the early days of pure capitalism as adventurers, pirates and politicians invented what we consider poker today in the saloons of New Orleans, just ahead of westward expansion, which unleased one of the most ambitious periods of world history. The shackles of mankind fell away. Not only was the practice of slavery coming to an end due to the American Constitution and the philosophy of it but also the concept of kings and queens of Europe suddenly not being a concern of average people. Those people could suddenly gain land and wealth if only they had the courage to endure the wild frontier, and it was along those lines that the idea for the gunfighter emerged, not like the samurai of Japan dedicated to protecting the house of their lord, but the gunfighter was out for themselves essentially for the first time in history. Poker was a game that emerged out of this culture and involved playing kings and queens for advantage, not worship.

That is essentially the game of American business. I’ve read many books on the subject and to some degree or another everyone misses the mark. My life is unique in that I have had my foot in lots of different fields and at high levels. Yet I have always stayed very grounded. I recently had a very important meeting with representatives of the Trump administration and an hour later was playing with my grandkids in the yard. In my mind I consider all those things equally important, and it is from that perspective that I have some unique thoughts to offer on the matter of business conduct not just around the world, but from the perspective of the American.

It’s time to stop apologizing, or hiding our thoughts and feelings to appease others, and to get to the concepts of value and how they come about in business, and therefor the conduct of politics on the world stage. Most of the books of this nature that are offered on the local bookstore shelves all in my mind have their value, and I have learned a little bit from all of them. But what is needed is something that unites many fields of thought into a concept that isn’t just a reflection of where we have come from, but where we are going, especially in this new Trump world. To me its very exciting and I think everyone who reads here every day will enjoy the results. So, don’t freak out when you don’t get a daily article from me for a few months. They’ll be back. And once I get this project moving forward, I think you’ll find that the daily articles will be better than ever.

I was originally planning to write this book about ten years from now, however recent events on many different fronts have convinced me that its needed now, (now being loosely affiliated in the publishing world as during the Trump administration years). By the time we arrive at his last day in office in 2024 America will be very much a different place, much better than it was in 2016 when he started office, and American business will be the envy of the world. At that point in time people are going to want a guidebook, so that’s why I’m writing it now. It’s an endeavor that is worth doing, and in these kinds of things, timing is everything.

The Morality of being a Gunfighter: How guns make America a more intellectual culture–and improve lives

From the anti-gun people, especially after the Vegas mass shooting there has been this constant term they use “you don’t need so many guns.” They say it as if they were the authority on living and had the complications of life all figured out as a superior philosophic matrix. Yet I look at their lives, the losers on Saturday Night Live, the Hollywood industry, the open criminals like Hillary Clinton and the DNC workers of 2016 and I must conclude, who on earth would take advice from people so messed up? Who are these people to give us advice about anything? I wouldn’t trust them to tell me where the corner deli is in New York city that could sell me a pack of gum, let alone advise me on how many guns I should have or even why I should have them. Even worse, their declarations that guns should be made illegal in any form indicates a complete lack of respect for the kind of living we have in the Midwest of the country—essentially the Red State middle of the entire country. Essentially only the coastal regions have these liberal losers driving policy. Guns for everyone else is a fact of life. They are certainly a big part of my life. Here is video of what I do almost every night for exercise. It’s how I practice Cowboy Fast Draw in my private range. The goal of this activity is to draw and fire my Ruger Vaquero as fast as I can once the target light blinks on solid. Once the target blinks three times it lets me know that the next time the light comes on that I need to draw and fire. My time is registered on a display on my workbench. It’s a fun activity that really sharpens your mind, and I enjoy doing it almost every night at least for 15 to 30 minutes.

When people say that we don’t need guns, well I’d say, we don’t need footballs, golf clubs, or baseball bats either. All of those things could be used as weapons if people were so inclined, but in a civil society nobody would even think of such a problem. Most of the people I know have guns and nobody goes out on a killing spree after dinner. When shooting in my private range I never think to use those guns on other people. Always my use of them is to increase my speed and accuracy in shooting a target under conditions of duress. The process of doing that helps me in other parts of my life. Now to the pot smoking loser on Saturday Night Live who does things during the after party that they’d never want to tell their parents, I wouldn’t expect them to understand my love of guns. Because they are still looking for mechanisms in life to help them manage all the pressures they experience. I look at their lives where they smoke, drink or have too much sex and would say that those are all factors contributing to the problems they have in their lives. I don’t have those problems. Instead I shoot and spend time in my range working out solutions to very complicated problems. Shooting helps me and many others live a better life.

If you visit England presently you will find everywhere some visage to their Norman period where knights were part of their national identity. It doesn’t mean that people want to go cut off the heads of their enemies when they hold a wooden sword from a gift shop in London—it’s just means that people are paying regional respect to an order which built the identity of the nation. If you go to Japan you find much of the same, everywhere is some visage to the samurai culture and behind that is the constant symbol of the sword. Even going to a hibachi grill to get some very expensive Kobe Beef you will see the cooks emulating the ghosts of their samurai heritage as they prepare food in front of you. It is very important to them and is a huge part of their national character. You don’t see radical leftists attacking these countries for their history of violence and the modern respect that is still given regarding the weapons which forged their nations.

In America it is the cowboy which created the nature of our country. And behind the cowboy was the six-gun and the mythology of dueling. The reason that dueling is still such a romantic idea in the period of the Old West is that it is respectable that people would face off against each other to settle a value judgment. To have a value that people were willing to defend to the death is actually a noble idea—especially in these complicated days of leftist interpretation into the events that leave people always feeling empty. In that emptiness they seek to fill the void with bad habits—such as the smoking, drinking and over charged sex. Regarding sex, if you spend more than a half hour per day thinking about sex—you are wasting your time. When you are young and always looking for some flower to pollinate, maybe you spend more time thinking about it if you are a male. If you are a female you likely won’t because you are in charge of the sexual experience and can decide when and how often, but nobody should spend more time on average than a half an hour per day. Anything more is an obsessive activity that degrades the experience. People who do think about it more than that allotted time need to develop more hobbies.

I view shooting in America as a deeply philosophic experience. The political left has successfully painted an opposite picture, that gun users in America are a bunch of dumb hillbillies who can’t speak in words longer than two syllables. Yet the opposite is true, liberals who criticize the gun culture are the dumb people, they are ones who can’t change their own oil, or fix a leak in their sink. They are the ones who fall apart whenever there is a death in the family or run to substance abuse when they feel insecure about something. People I know who shoot guns, especially people in the Cowboy Fast Draw Association, or in SASS are some of the nicest and well-rounded people I’ve met anywhere—including in those European and Asian countries that people think have so much “rich” culture. I would argue that in America we have our own rich culture built on westward expansion—which was a very “moral” enterprise in the scope of history—and guns were the backbone of that culture that we should all be proud of.

In the video the times I was recording were in the .450 range. I’m not happy with those numbers and the purpose of the slow motion is to show myself that I need to fire the gun much sooner out of the holster instead of pushing the gun forward. That is what makes that kind of training so satisfying, and worth pursuing. Shown in regular speed everything happens very fast. But when you slow it down, I can see where I need to improve, and that requires training my mind to think that much faster. In applying those techniques to my life that I learn at the gun range, it makes me a much better person in my day to day life. I think much faster when there are problems to solve and my thinking is much more accurate. After all, the brain doesn’t know if you are trying to solve the problem of hitting a target or trying to solve global economic problems. It sees everything in context, so by practicing something productive like “shooting” it helps the mind solve other problems not directly connected to the shooting sports. That is why shooting is a good thing for all Americans to do, and if more people did, especially the coastal liberals, they’d find that they could lead better lives and would have a lot fewer problems.

I’m not personally going to allow people who are broken intellectually—which most liberals are—and have them beat on gun owners anymore. My experience with guns is a very positive one and violence has nothing to do with it. Guns may have been invented to expedite the experience of death, or make people more efficient in killing others—but as tools of intellect, they are more useful in making a respectful class of people who think independently, and can manage their affairs in a superior way over their liberal protestors. I see nothing negative about my experiences on my private gun range in the sport of Cowboy Fast Draw. The practice of it makes me more efficient as a person and gives me an outlet for the stresses in my life that shooting baskets in my driveway or playing golf don’t quite reach. People who speak against guns just don’t understand why they are important culturally, and there are likely a lot of reasons for it. Maybe they had crappy parents. Maybe they didn’t have grandparents around to teach them important lessons when they were younger. Maybe they are just losers in life. Whatever it is, it’s not the problem of gun owners to bend their habits to these broken people. Broken people are not allowed to create the standard for what America is. And gun owners are not the broken people. It’s the people who criticize that culture who are in true need of a different way of thinking. A trip to the gun range would help a lot of them. But for the rest, they need a lot more.

I am proud to call myself a gunfighter. For me it’s no different from training to be a boxer, a martial artist or an MMA fighter—it’s a sport. And becoming good at that sport has a carryover effect into other things in life that are more important to good living. That is why the anti-gun people are so wrong on the gun culture in America. They don’t like America even though they try to sell their ideas by saying they are part of our culture—they clearly aren’t and seek to change it in everything they do. For them it starts by pissing on a bar wall outside drunk off their young asses and it ends with them becoming radical progressives in congress, or heads of major networks. They are all equally wrong. To speak against guns is to speak against the concept and intentions of American life. Part of that life is displayed in the sports we use to articulate our culture. Being a gunfighter isn’t the same as being a killer. These days it means a person is building foundation skills to become more precise and quicker in their life—and it’s a personal challenge worth the undertaking. It’s certainly not something to be outlawed because the more sensitive and less intellectual people on the west and east coasts are afraid of guns. What they really fear is what they might learn about themselves if they were to embark on a journey where they had to become better at something and challenge themselves. What they might learn in that process is what they are running from—and that is all the reason why guns should be more prevalent in America, instead of less.

Photos of a Modern Gunfighter: The many benefits of a healthy passion

 

IMG_0159You might have noticed dear reader that I have some different pictures on my websites.  It has been a long time since I’ve updated any profile pictures and it was appropriate to reflect my new stage in life.  So my daughter at Brooke Townsend Photography.com set up a time to do a photo shoot with me and the result was some of these pictures that you are now seeing.  I have a complete life, I do a lot of things—I’ve been all over the world and done a lot of important tasks that people think are important.  I’ve raised children that I’m very proud of and I’ve been married to the same woman for over a quarter century.  By all accounts I am a very successful person bulging with skills and accomplishments that many would be envious of.  I don’t say all that to brag, but I work hard every day to be the best that I can be, and I have certainly done that.  So my daughter and I were talking about what kind of pictures to take of me—how to sum up my world views and essence into a simple photograph.  It’s not just my opinion, but those of her clients, my daughter has emerged on the world stage as a highly sought out photographer and her rates reflect the quality and uniqueness of her work, so I trust her professional recommendations.  She and I set out on an early spring morning recently to capture my essence that best represented this stage of my life and the result is what follows.IMG_0217

Of course I can pretty much buy whatever I want these days so it should say a lot that the possession I most love is my fast draw holster rig for my .45 Vaquero.  It is specially made and is my single most cherished item that I currently have.  With that said we focused on it for these photographs because as I said some time ago, I consider my new career to be that of a gunfighter.  Standing up for the Second Amendment, taking constitutional positions that are regarded legally as Anti-Federalist instead of Federalist—and my love of history really prevents me from any other type of career.  I like to stand up against bullies, at every level of the social spectrum—in manners of career, politics, and private life—that life as a gunfighter is really my only choice.IMG_0303

Being a gunfighter to me isn’t what it was during the period of the Old West.  It’s not about killing other people—it’s more of a sport, like being a basketball player, or a football star.  Being a gunfighter is what I enjoy most in this case within the sport of Cowboy Fast Draw which I practice at every day in some fashion or another.  A lot of men my age get heavy into golf—and I can see the appeal.  It can be magical to go to Dick’s sporting goods and pick out top-of-the-line golf clubs and spend many afternoons playing rounds of golf with the material acquisitions acquired through financial success.  But that is too stereotypical for me to really enjoy because so many people do it.  I need something that represents my unique life, and a gunfighter embodies my decisions much better—to the level I am quite excited about it.IMG_0254

My daughter did a wonderful job of capturing the light in a way that embodied how I feel about this stage.  If I look proud wearing the gun and holster rig from Mernickle it’s because I am.  For one reason or another I spent ten years planning on how I could incorporate these things in my life.  Most of the reason was that I worked too much so I didn’t have time for a hobby, or career as a gunfighter—because it takes a lot of work to do it right.  It’s the same situation with my .500 Magnum from Smith & Wesson.  I thought about those guns for a very long time and finally picked them up when I was able to make a clear decision to commit some time to caring for them as a sport.  I’m not the kind of person who just buys things to have them, then puts them on display in my home for other to look at.  I actually have to make them a part of my life.  The Mernickle holster rig is something that I plan to make a part of my daily life, so it is now a constant companion to me.  I thought about it so long that of course finally wearing it made me proud.IMG_0283 (2)

I think it’s a shame that firearms in general have such a negative stigma applied to them.  To me guns are all about great precision machining, and science—the combustible elements of lead projectiles mixed with gunpowder in closed dimensional quarters guided by human skill toward an intended target are the keys to their utilization.  To get an idea of what I’m talking about click the picture on the sidebar next to this article, the one where the gun is pointed toward the camera.  That is a reaction timer test that records your ability to identify a target and react to it within thousands of a second. A good time is anything in the .100 range, from the time you see the light to when you click the mouse button.  Mastering those types of skills don’t just help you in shooting sports, but in all aspects of life—because it forces your brain to think faster and to work more efficiently.  The difference between a time in the .300s and .100s is barely perceptible to human measurement—but by practicing, you can begin to feel it when you get a good time and when you don’t.  For instance, it might be remembered that I survived a very serious motorcycle crash last year.  It was only because of lightning reflexes that I managed to walk away with all my body parts and only a few cracked bones.  My $12,000 motorcycle was totaled, but I still made it to a very important business meeting an hour later because of how I develop myself though my hobbies—with an emphasis on speed and accuracy through working with bull whips for so many years.IMG_0248

Dedicating time toward the skills it takes to be a gunfighter has a spillover effect into all aspects of life, so I see it as a tremendous benefit.  While it might be out-of-step with mainstream thought, my gun rig with my Vaquero is my most prized worldly possession and my daughter did a good job of capturing it in our photo shoot.  I wear it all the time at home and whenever I’m in my garage, it has become mandated to always be at my side while on my property.  Whether I’m in my shop reloading ammunition, or target shooting for hours on end, my new Mernickle holster rig has become emblematic with my personality, so we are making it an important part of my life going forward—which is reflected in the pictures that will be taken of me in the future.  Guns have always been a part of my life, but they’ve always been in the background.  Now they will be very much more a part of the foreground.  As society has become more progressive, those of us who love traditional American concepts should stand up proudly on its behalf.  And that is what I intend to do with each year that emerges hereafter.
