The Gun is the Only Rule of Law: We have seen government out of control over Covid-19 and know we can never really trust them

One thing that I have learned as a result of the mass government panic over the Covid-19 virus outbreak is that the Second Amendment is more important than ever. I’ve always been something of a cowboy law traditionalist as defined by the culture of America, but I always first look to the laws of our Republic to work out problems through debate, networking, and elections to solve the problems. But in my lifetime, and everyone reading this, we have never seen a situation where government lost their minds so quickly, and more dangerously than they have with the mass neurosis of the China Virus that the media hyped so vehemently, the world locked themselves down over, and governors and mayors all across America became drunk with power all behind a mask of protecting people for their own good. We have now seen for ourselves how these elected representatives would behave together under pressure and we can be 100% sure they could never be trusted in a gun-less society. Its one thing to theorize about it, as we have been doing for decades, but now we’ve seen it for ourselves with two fine examples, one is Mayor Cranley of Cincinnati and the other is the mayor of Los Angeles, Eric Garcetti.

To enforce the Governor of Ohio’s stay at home order Cranley took the exceptional measure of committing officers to going from business to business to question whether or not they were essential businesses, and stated that citizens would be questioned of their intentions if they were found out on the streets. People were not supposed to question the competency of the government decision to go on a wild goose chase with this Covid-19 spectacle, everyone was supposed to just do what they were told by a governor abusing his emergency powers by overriding a court order to keep the election going, and now was issuing a mandatory stay at home order based on bad modeling coming in from Europe. We were supposed to all lock ourselves up in our homes, follow government directions and destroy our businesses because our elected government was losing their minds and Mayor Cranley decided to take things several steps further all on his own. It doesn’t take much imagination to see how things might further get out of control if something like this statewide lockdown went on any longer, we can easily see how national guard troops would be sent to troublemakers homes to be arrested and have all their rights stripped away by just the stroke of a pen from an elected official who has lost their minds.

Eric Garcetti went even further by saying he intended to track down violators of their stay at home orders through cell phone feedback. Violators in L.A. according to Garcetti could be hunted down by tracing their cell phone locations, that same technology that runs Google Maps and tells you where to go and how long it will take to get there. Government in conjunction with cell phone companies are perfectly willing to use that technology against you to make an example out of violators who dare question their sanity. The entire “Stay at Home” program advocated by these politicians obviously requires deep legislative consideration and is connected to Democrat ideas about zero emissions to protect against climate change as they have defined it with the same over-hyped modeling procedures. But under these emergency acts these deep seated liberals were able to enact lifestyle changes that would never be approved by an elected legislature so they went into action quickly to become the terrors we always feared they might become from the days of arguing over smart meters and Agenda 21 desires from the United Nations. Instead of that governing body, none of which was elected by Americans, we had the World Health Organization setting policy this time and crazy radicals in office used that chance to severely abuse their authority.

I’ll tell the stories later but I saw several times this past week where I thought I might get into one of those firefights to defend my constitutional rights from a government seeking to take them from me. Luckily it hasn’t come to that but I won’t forget how I felt. This Covid-19 case is relatively a minor one, so it doesn’t take much to think how quickly things could have gotten much worse if we didn’t have a president like Trump in office for instance, or if we didn’t have a Republican in Ohio government as the governor. Mike DeWine tried to talk out of both sides of his mouth knowing how draconian some of these policies were, but if we had a Democrat, things could have been a lot worse. It doesn’t take much imagination to see government going door to door confiscating guns, separating families, and confiscating all property for the greater good. All those things would be possible if a governor under emergency powers—any emergency—deemed such a thing necessary and we just can’t allow that unchecked power to remain.

Gun rights are the foundation of rule of law. When a politician gets to the point where they make the rules up as they go, as so many did during the Coronavirus shutdowns, then it may well be needed to check that power at the point of implementation. Usually when emergency powers are used it’s for disaster relief like a hurricane or a tornado. We have not shut down entire states of what has become apparent are purely political reasons, because Coronavirus was never that deadly and was over-hyped to secure a power grab to exploit those emergency powers, and at that point, if you become an enemy of the state because you are in the wrong political party, or you have expressed yourself using free speech to make an argument, and they decide to come for you and your family, then deadly force will have to be used, what other choice would you have? Is being arrested and thrown in jail by that same system of government acceptable? My answer to myself was of course not. When governors like DeWine, whom I have supported, decide to go against court orders, then what chance do you have in the legal system if you find yourself a fugitive by mandate of safety for the greater good?

These are hard questions to answer but at least the good news is that now we know without a grain of doubt that government will abuse its authority in days, not even weeks, of a national emergency. Civility quickly loses ground and even the best people can start to appear like tyrannical maniacs on a self-imposed crusade to initiate law anyway possible to violators of their command. And like Mayor Garcetti stated, if you violate his order, he was willing to hunt you down after only a few days of a crises. Imagine if something like this went on for months. This leaves us with no other conclusion, the only thing we can really trust to enforce the law is a gun secured to our bodies to use if needed to defend our lives from those opposed to it. Compliance to faulty thinking people is not an option, that is why we have a republic, not a democracy, because we elect people to debate rules we can all agree on, not on politicians who use emergency powers to become kings and emperors and can demand compliance even to the most insane regulation. And when it does happen, the gun may be the only thing we have left that represents anything close to law and order.

The Liberalized Coronavirus: Its all about state budgets and election year politics

Then there is the day after this virus outbreak is over, and it’s quite clear that the nation’s governors, both Republican and Democrat do not want that day to come soon. They are enjoying the attention, the daily press conferences, the chance to go on television and talk. To be a hero every day and talk like they are perpetually campaigning. However, the bills in their states are not getting paid, but the demands have not gone away. The size of government is going to be a real problem for them once this all ends, which it should have already. While I’m not going to be shy about calling bullshit on this viral attack and the purpose of it, I will also say that the threat of me being wrong went away about two weeks ago when the CDC had to start walking back the death toll.

There was a slow transition from that story to the number of sheer cases that would overflow the hospitals, which is a thinly veiled promotion of a need of government healthcare. But even that is thinning out. Instead its becoming more and more obvious that the state governors are sticking to the flattening the curve story because once people realize that is a bunch of bullshit too, someone is going to have to pay for all this, and the states have not been collecting money, because nobody is working and spending money. That is a big problem for their state budgets. While the federal government can print all the money it wants, states must balance their budgets and this whole Coronavirus thing has blown that requirement up.

Some of the most psycho states that have over-reacted to the Covid-19 virus particularly Illinois and California are obviously poising their post virus world for a government handout using this virus to cover the fact that their states were headed to bankruptcy. Even cities like Cincinnati are poised to use this virus as the excuse for their financial failures which were well in place before the news media started making Covid-19 the poster child for zero emissions forcing everyone off the roads and to hide in their homes to get close to it and save the earth from mankind—in their distorted view of reality. Covid-19 for them was like a snow day for the college kids who partied all weekend then on Sunday night tried to cram for a test only to learn on Monday that the college was on lockdown and nobody knew when it might open again. Most of the radical states and cities who were underwater in their budgets couldn’t pay their bills had nothing to lose in following the orders of the state governors and the president, even going further than necessary to put on a good show, because it was their ticket to a federal bailout that might wipe their slate clean. But that doesn’t erase the problem, the federal government can’t bail out everyone. The amount of money they will be looking for will far exceed the $2 trillion package that was just passed, but its their only shot at solving their original problem. They plan to overdramatize this virus outbreak to hide their own fiscal irresponsibility. Mayor Cranley in Cincinnati is already announcing layoffs to drive the point home forcing the state to bail out all the government workers left hanging on the vine and once that happens, the mayors and governors will be able to say, “I was only following the orders of my president.”

Most of the liberal governors already were ready to do extreme things for climate change, the dog whistle was already coming from Bill Gates and other radical leftists for years, so stopping all economic activity was a chance to cheer for the activists who want to destroy the means of mankind and walk everyone back to a primitive state in order to save their cherished mother earth with the zero emission push. Of course, those radical groups used this virus to sell that concept. We all know it takes around 21 days to change a behavior, so an international lockdown of about that period of time will hopefully make people less addicted to using their cars to go out to dinner every day, and it introduces the concept to lots of young people the idea of a universal wage, giving out government checks that are larger for a few weeks than the wages their employers would give them—which hurts companies that are part of that carbon footprint on Bill Gates’ graph challenging the goal of a zero emission society. Then of course promoting healthcare workers in the way they are and crying for hospital beds and ventilators are the way to plant the seeds for socialized medicine. This whole Coronavirus outbreak has not been about the danger of actual deaths, but in changing human behavior toward liberal causes. And by default, it has tied all of us to the end result of desiring to get everything running again, together. It is at that time that we might agree to tax increases to pay for the bailouts of all the bankrupt states that can’t pay their police, their teachers, their BMV workers—everyone. They plan to slow down all government activity with a lack of workers to frustrate everyone into giving them whatever amount of money they can get their hands on and they’ll blame this virus for the need. Of course, higher taxes are the biggest thing that liberals want out of the Coronavirus. The money will have to come from somewhere and that is going to be their next move.

You must learn dear reader that these types of people do not function in the same reality as everyone else. They will at every opportunity seek to take advantage of the good nature of people in general to advance a political agenda, and as you can see, there are a lot of them attached to this Covid-19 outbreak. Of course, they put Trump in a position they controlled when they said to him that millions of people were going to die in America. He had to act. He’s trying to walk it back now in an election year where fake news is trying to say through polling that Joe Biden is actually ahead of him for the presidential election. We’re talking about a world where the liberal minded now run Fox News and will fire Trish Regan for essentially saying on television what I’ve been saying, but they’ll promote Donna Brazile. The war has been going on for a long time and the budgets were threatening to destroy all the liberal governors, and now all those issues have been put on the back burner to make way for this Coronavirus which has touched the behavior of almost every American in a very intimate way. They have been all trying to set up Trump in the election year any way they can. And they are planning to use this Coronavirus to blame all their massive layoffs on him until they get a bailout of their state and that is the next battle to come, which will take up every bit the same amount of news cycle time during the election as Coronavirus has. People often can’t see all these elements because they don’t look at the picture as big as they need to, but the liberal engine of radical advancement of many ideas was hatched under a desire to promote zero emissions blaming it on a viral outbreak, but the budget demands of bankruptcy gave an added benefit which is what the current story on the days after are all going to be about. For the political left, this Covid-19 is their grand fortissimo of the Kavanaugh hearings, the impeachment trial, Stormy Daniels, the Russian Dossier, and the mass FBI cover-up with the DOJ all wrapped up into one epic story of collapsed state budgets because the President was trying to contain a virus that was never really a threat. And they hope this one knocks him out of office where the other things didn’t.  April 30th is a long way off, too long, and the political players know it.

The Misery Index: When will the governors give back their emergency power?

It’s a tough act to walk back, but now that they’ve had a taste of the emergency powers granted to them, all these governors and mayors are going to be very reluctant to give it back to the way things are supposed to be. Emergency powers need a time limit, yet none of them can give us one, nor do they want to which at this point is why this “flatten the curve” nonsense keeps getting pushed out into April and May. In the case of Mike DeWine, I don’t think the power has gone to his head as much as he knows that there are going to be serious ramifications coming his way in the wake of this mess in Ohio, where every day businesses are closing forever, people are committing suicide, divorces are happening at an increased rate and the state budget is getting decimated. So his abuse of the power is more out of self-preservation than anything else as he has allowed Amy Acton to dig everyone deeper and deeper into a hole of financial depression by staying closed much longer than was ever deemed necessary for a virus that in the end will turn out to be a pretty standard seasonal thing. They’ve painted themselves into a corner and there’s no way out without tracking through that paint and being accused of many bad things that nobody will forget.

The Covid-19 virus will spike in the coming days, but to date we only have under 20 deaths that are attributed to the virus. Many say that’s too many but if we look at every single life with a misery meter and judge them all the way we have tracked this virus where every person who gets it has their face plastered on television and the department of health steps in to force mass quarantines and further testing of targeted audiences, the numbers are always going to be skewed toward the state’s case for more emergency powers which then allows a governor to behave like a king and sidestep the legislature as long as they can deem the need for an emergency. If every person in Ohio were measured in the same way there would be more than 20 deaths caused by the state shutdown, the fights that wouldn’t have occurred otherwise, the suicides over financial ruin, the misery of weakened immune systems that wouldn’t have otherwise been sick if they had not been forced to hide in their homes and not indulge in the things they enjoy, which then made them sick of other things. Yeah, there is a mess in every state, Ohio is not the only one, and it will be Hell for all state governments for the foreseeable future that they overblew the statistics for Covid-19 to harness the power of emergency powers for their own varied needs. But in the wake of that, they caused a lot more misery and destruction than what the virus would have if they had just trusted the free market to handle the surge in need the way we always have in the past with other viral outbreaks.

What was different with this one is that we allowed ourselves to be dominated by many foreign powers, this time coming at us in the uniform of a scientist building models that overly stated death counts and functioning from all kinds of emotional needs at the World Health Organization. We trusted these people in our government to know better and they screwed up in a massive way and now that we all know it, they are buying time hoping to push off the inevitable. We’ve handled mass virus outbreaks just as bad as Covid-19 in the past, people got sick, they stayed home and when they got better they went back to work. We certainly didn’t try to ruin everyone’s lives over a fear of hospital capacity. And we certainly have not seen where so many places around the United States have used such a minor viral outbreak to acquire so much power for the state and its government in a king-like manner without knowing when they were going to give those powers back. That anxiety is costing even more lives and money by the hour. For instance, there are people who really love baseball season. There are companies who invest lots of money in seasonal tickets and some people get great joy in going to the park on a spring day to eat a hot dog and to watch a baseball game. There are sports teams like the Reds who have spent massive amounts of salary to have a good season for the city they represent, and all that investment and momentum is on hold over the fear of massive deaths that will never come. And those people have no visibility as to when all this might end, and they can plan their lives once again.

One of the themes of this reaction to the viral outbreak shut down plan has been lives matter more than money as if those were separate elements of life. But think of the thousands and thousands of small business restaurant owners who have lost their entire inventory of food because it’s shelf life has expired and they have no idea when they can start to place more orders because they don’t know when they can open. Think of Kings Island and Cedar Point, the big amusement parks in Ohio who have no idea when they can open, hire staff, or even purchase food for their concessions. The government know nothings advocating this shutdown might say, well, those are wealthy companies and they can figure it out. Well, they shouldn’t have to, government should never make itself an impediment to anybody’s success, and if the misery index were to follow each and every person the way they have tracked the Covid-19 virus government would see just how many lives they have ruined with these “safety” actions and that they made everything much, much worse than if they had just stayed out of it.

President Trump and the Senate are certainly guilty too. Taking over General Motors to make health equipment is not acceptable, nor is a 2 trillion-dollar bailout. I get Trump’s strategy and understand the necessity of the moves, but we should never have stuck ourselves into that situation to begin with. Future presidents will abuse their power many times worse because of the precedents set forth by Trump. We have set new standards on encroaching government into everyone’s lives over the overstated concerns of a normal, everyday, virus. For all of us, there are many major decisions that will have to be made as our reaction to this whole event will be scrutinized until the end of time, but at the heart of that is the massive amount of power that was abused during it without any forecast as to when governors, presidents and mayors would give that power back. They’ll show you all these charts showing peak viral infections as if that justifies all that they’ve been doing, but they can’t tell you when they will give that power back to the House and Senate of their states to stop the madness. They are all humans with fallacies, but that is the problem we should all have learned by now from history, we can’t give any one person ever this much power, especially for such an undetermined length of time.

I really think Mike DeWine means well. I think Amy Acton, from her point of view means well. Jon Husted the Lieutenant governor in Ohio I know means well—I’m sure of it. These are not bad people. But through their well-meaning actions they have screwed up just like any CEO might ruin the lives of the people working for their company if they make bad decisions. When people make mistakes, we have to limit the damage and in the wake of this crises, that was entirely a manufactured reality based on bad math and panicky people, many, many more lives have been lost and ruined than this Covid-19 virus will ever take. The amount of cases is not important because the state is seeking to use as much testing as possible to skew the numbers in their favor, but the death toll just isn’t going to be there to justify all the panic. The power grabs from the CDC and WHO cannot continue to use uncertainty to drag out this panic into seasonal awareness that continues to shut down everyone’s lives every couple of months for every little sniffle that we might get. What has been done already far exceeds what might be acceptable, and what is certain at this point is that we can never do it again.

Cincinnati’s Channel 12 Kicking Kids off a Playground: Lapdogs of the state and the mistakes of Coronavirus

The smoke is clearing, and we can start to see how all this happened, the shutting down of America over a virus. We’ve wondered about it for years, but this is the first time really that the United States surrendered its freedoms and constitutional parameters to join the world in a mass neurosis led by a global institution in the World Health Organization into government imposing itself on the citizens of America all in the name of well-intended safety. It had the stamp of radical socialists all over it from the beginning, but when they (professional scientists) tell you that millions upon millions of people are going to die, and you are a president of the United States, or a governor, you have to listen, and that was the flaw from the beginning. This attack on American life was intended to paralyze logic and it was shocking how quickly normal people were willing to throw out their constitution in the blink of an eye when faced with the possibility of mass death.

I have seen some of the ugliest behavior of the human condition since the start of this thing, particularly the disgusting behavior of the news media in stepping in to be the lap dogs of government. One of the worst things I saw was a Channel 12 reporter in Cincinnati who saw kids playing on a playground during the government ordered lockdown and they contacted police. The police were terrified to do their normal work because of this social distancing mandate that the government released so they weren’t taking normal calls from car accidents or small crimes, but they sure didn’t hold back to come to that playground to make the kids go back to their homes while they put police tape over the entrance. It was one of the lowest cases of human behavior I have ever seen, and it showed me exactly why we need the Second Amendment. It had only been a few weeks of the government essentially throwing away all due process and the human condition resorted to a very petty place of intellect. Our local news stations seeking ratings gold from an audience literally told by their government to stay in doors had a captive audience which they instantly did their part as law enforcers of the state to enforce the governor’s overstepping of his power.

I know what I’m willing to do to preserve my freedom and over this crises it almost came to that several times. Luckily, I have a lot more tools in the toolbox than just to get pissed off, so using those tools I found myself understanding completely the role of Oskar Schindler as depicted in the great movie, Schindler’s List. The Nazis did not just wake up one day and throw everyone into concentration camps, it happened over a period of time where every few days and weeks more compliance was imposed on the Jews until ultimately they were put in camps and killed, except for the people Schindler saved by deeming them necessary for work. I went through that kind of process and while death wasn’t the end result of people not on my list, the process was very similar, and it was stunning how many people followed so blindly. If there had been a train going to a concentration camp, people would have gotten on it to their deaths, for the good of everyone else. It was eerily similar and a real shock to my system to witness. Its one thing to intellectually know something, its quite another to see it in reality and to confirm your worst suspicions.

There was a period in Ohio where Governor DeWine and is health director Amy Acton took more rights away from the people of the state every single day starting with restaurant attendance then collapsing with literal house arrest. In a stunning move the mayor of Cincinnati was encouraging police to question why people were out on the roads, or why businesses might still be open. And the news media fell right in line like the Nazis of Hitler to enforce those laws. If an establishment was found to be open, the police came and boarded it up without question and politicians like that mayor, and several governors around the United States started to feel the power of their position and were clearly abusing it. All over a relatively mind virus that likely wouldn’t kill in the end more than .2%. For everyone else, it would feel just like another case of a mild flu. But for that we were turned literally into zombies of the state driven by a hungry media looking for full compliance driven by interests coming from outside the nation. The rest of the world was behaving just as badly, but for the first time, we followed some unelected bureaucrats at the World Health Organization without questioning their motives and the effects were truly troubling.

I had been warning everyone from the very first hour of this thing that none of it made sense, that we shouldn’t be listening to these health professionals because they were essentially repackaging the desires of their New Green Deal into “health awareness” by issuing out fake model projections that grossly overstated the danger in order to force compliance under which we foolishly gave them control. Amy Acton in Ohio was the best example of how a liberal college professor type suddenly became our ruler in chief with the stroke of a few pens, and suddenly we went from a free people prosperous and with bright futures to hiding in our homes hoping that the police didn’t pull us over or arrest us for trying to play on a playground. People like her believe hype with too much trust on international communities of scientists without the extra scrutiny that a person like me might bring to the table. Instead of being one of the logical leaders, all opinions of legislature was thrown out the window in the blink of an eye, the voters were now irrelevant as we even changed the date on an election, and the most panic driven lunatics were now telling the rest of us how to live and to what extent. It was amazing to watch.

Of course, as of this writing I’m speaking in past tense because most readers of this article won’t see it until its over and well documented into history. But the lessons must be understood. The models that people like Amy Acton used to take away so many rights of Ohio citizens, and eventually of other states from copycat governors afraid to not join the mob of insanity, found that the numbers were grossly inflated. The Trump administration started backing off those numbers this week when the situation became clear to them that this Coronavirus was no more dangerous to people than the common flu. It’s a hard position to walk back after literally scaring everyone to death, but that process started and now everyone has egg on their face from their overreaction. Its not enough to say, “sorry, we cost you several trillion dollars and we added reprehensibly to the national debt, we’ll do better next time.” No, that’s not going to fly. I can say that I won’t forget it. I’ve seen now martial law and it was the ugliest thing I never want to see again. Emergency powers driven by panic, a lack of skill and coming from interests outside of the United States are not acceptable and we all have a lot of work to do to make sure it never happens again—because the next time—-well, lets just not go there.

The Poker Game of Coronavirus: Its all about winning the pot of Global Warming awareness sponsored by Bill Gates–Trump can’t fold

Before we start with this, keep in mind, I have no desire in the world to be politically correct. It’s a waste of time and not a true reflection of the human condition, which actually says a lot about how Coronavirus as a scam has been utilized against us all in such a short period of time. Those who are playing by these new rules of social conduct are the first ones to run for cover when the authority figures of our times tell us to, and it is they who are lost as to what’s really happening with Coronavirus. To understand that, I would offer that people have a good understanding of the great American game of Texas Hold ‘Em Poker. And I’m not talking about the games that are broadcast on television, which are great, but not the true essence of the game. I’m talking about the kind of game where the decks feature topless women on the backs of the cards and cigar smoke is fogging out the player across the table where the participants are betting mortgages on their homes. And the cocktail waitresses are serving hard drinks in thin lingerie. Forget about global sentiments about equality, transgender rights and 6’ foot social distancing. To understand the game, you must understand the art of bluffing and to see it through all those visual stimuli and pressure to know how to play the cards you have.

The included clip featuring Bill Gates on CNN’s Anderson Cooper show is the bluff I’m talking about and I’d advise you dear reader to watch it fully before reading any further, and I’ll tell you what kind of game is being played here. Take note that what Bill Gates is saying is almost precisely what Amy Acton from Ohio has been saying, and many health directors across America like her. They are getting their information from a single, global source which has been heavily influenced by Gates and thus, they are setting policy based on information he has been providing for many years, most aggressively since around 2015 as he really started ratcheting up his campaign on viral attacks being the next great threat to the world. Now, if we are all playing poker, and I know what my cards are—and they are good—I’ve seen the three flop cards on the table and watched how all the players at the table bet their chips, who’s raising the stakes, who is already folding. Now we’ve seen the Turn, the fourth card and witnessed all the behaviors, watched the facial expressions, counted the delay in reacting to the circumstances by the other players. Then of course once the global models for projecting Coronavirus deaths had to be reduced in London recently we can see what comes up on the River card and we can see by everyone’s reaction and our own hand that we have a 99.9999999999999999999999% chance of winning this hand—yet the other players are bluffing and this is why.

Bill Gates has one great passion in life after his personal genius made him one of the richest people in the world as head of the Microsoft Company and that is global warming, or rather educating people about his interpretation of it. In the great poker game in that smoke-filled room with those pornographic cards and cigar smoke, that’s what he wants in that pot in front of the dealer. But he doesn’t have the cards to win it, we do. So for him to win the pot, he has to make us think he can beat us which will be hard to do because we have a straight flush. Not the top winning hand, but pretty close—and we know it. Yet Bill Gates is a trusted name, most of us use products from the company he created, so when he presents us with a bluff, we are inclined to listen. Yet, he doesn’t have the cards so we can rest assured that we have all the leverage in the game.

To sell his bluff, Gates must convince us that the Coronavirus testing and spread are important factors of consideration, not the actual death rate now that everyone knows that it will be around .2%–nothing more than a common flu. For Gates he needs to make us think that stopping the spread of the virus to prevent an overrun on the hospitals and that we must keep America shut down to keep it from spreading is the key thing to measure. What Gates isn’t saying is that the rest of the world doesn’t have the hospital capacity that we do in America yet they have been the ones setting the policy of containment forcing us to copy them through guidelines flowed down through the World Health Organization. Of course, it was Bill Gates himself who helped shape those guidelines well before this Coronavirus ever hit the stage. Then from there the CDC in America was an extension of those same guidelines which was passed down directly to the state health directors advising all the governors. Mysteriously there was lots of ad time purchased on the internet and on television to promote the work of the CDC, so budgets for this crisis were already in place based on the pre-determined game plan.
Yet what is the real issue for Gates was to tie this containment effort for a viral outbreak to his love of global climate change—reducing the human imprint on the earth by slowing down all economic movement and keeping people off the roads and in their homes. The Coronavirus as we know by the River card is nothing more deadly than an average virus, but before anybody could figure that out Gates had to sell to everyone from the WHO to the CDC that the name of the game was controlling the spread due to a lack of hospital capacity that was based on a global problem, not a problem within the United States. We have never had real shortages with similar outbreaks, but we were being bluffed into believing that this one was different. Yet it wasn’t.

What the Trump administration has to do is call that bluff, push all the chips into the middle and crush Gates’ hopes of using this Coronavirus to advance his climate science agenda which is a far left platform based on the same faulty science that built the modeling for the death rate of this latest pandemic. Keep in mind it was when the WHO declared Coronavirus a pandemic that everyone freaked out and these lockdown strategies started getting blown out of proportion. So far Gates and his climate activists have bluffed their way to the River card, but they don’t have the cards to win. So Trump has to crush his hopes and send a signal that knocks Bill Gates and the rest of the radicals off their feet forever, otherwise we will have pandemics several times a year and an economy that can never get back on its feet again, which is exactly what the climate activists want from this Coronavirus. Bill Gates is one of the top advocates in the world for this subject and you can see clearly that everyone in the science community has been listening to him. Amy Acton in Ohio has been repeating him almost verbatim. So, knowing all that, as we place our bets on reopening the economy, don’t fold. And certainly, don’t put America through this whole thing again. The climate activists are playing the only cards they have, and they don’t have enough to win the pot—and this is as close as they’ll be able to get for a long time. So go all in and crush them so it would take them years, or even lifetimes to recover, because we are playing that kind of game. The smoke is thick, the optics seductive, but the game is the game and you have to know the odds.

What Amy Acton has in Common with the Blackfoot Indians: Like the buffalo jump, we are being led over a cliff of Coronavirus to our doom, for the “greater good”

Well, finally there is something that Amy Acton from the Ohio Department of Health and I agree on. You might know her as the woman who has Mike DeWine wrapped around her finger and has essentially shut down almost all activity in the state of Ohio and inspired so many other very power hungry liberal governors across the nation to overreact to the Coronavirus. If you want to know why you are stuck in your home, why your businesses are closed and are bleeding money killing some of them forever, why there is no March Madness, no start to the baseball season, why Kings Island and Cedar Point are not going to open for at least another few months, you can blame Amy Acton and her crazy climate scientists from all over the world who have built bad models projecting the death toll of the Coronavirus and they have set policy to it. However, during her recent press conference on March 25th with the governor she showed who she really was, which I’ve been saying for a long time, she’s a crazy hippie chick who shouldn’t be anywhere near setting public policy of any kind. She spattered on and on about her love of Joseph Campbell, who also happens to be one of my favorite authors, and she dared to cite his great work, The Hero with a Thousand Faces as one of her main influencers. I was so touched by this I almost reached out to her with that common ground, however I know something about those people that they don’t seem to know about themselves. As a matter of fact, I used to be pretty deep into The Joseph Campbell Foundation when I was in my 20s and I left because of people like her, out of touch academic types who were attracted by the Joseph Campbell message of the power of myth, but clueless to the true nature of following one’s “bliss.” Instead, they had a propensity to act like the buffalo in some of Campbell’s stories in his best books about how the Blackfoot Indians used to treat them, and that became the range of depth of their understanding. Once I heard Amy Acton was a Joseph Campbell fan, I was convinced that everything I have said about her had been 100% true, maybe even more.

She also showed signs of the strain knowing what was coming next as this whole Coronavirus was coming to an end even as she continued to try to perk up the numbers to make her overreaction to it seem less severe. We were told that there would be millions of people dying of this stupid thing or on ICU back at the start of March and now that’s just not happening. The medical community is already trying to backtrack and say that they saved lives by acting early, but in all reality, Coronavirus was never that deadly. The scientists got it all wrong and they are responsible for literally trillions of dollars of lost GDP. Hippie chicks like Amy Acton as I have been saying is an activist using this virus to express her personal philosophies about life, and she thinks its great and heroic to sit in our homes and be quiet, and to say we are all in this together even as we now accept we have to be at least 6’ feet apart. Amy and I have one thing in common, we are both readers, and of our favorite authors Joseph Campbell we obviously share. And knowing many thousands of people like her over the years who have attended the Joseph Campbell Roundtables all across the country I feel quite comfortable in saying that those people should never be near any public policy making……..ever.

Surely since Amy Acton knows so much about Joseph Campbell then she knows in several of his books and lectures that he often spoke about the great buffalo jump that the Blackfoot Indians used to conduct to slaughter herds of the wild animals for food. What they would do was herd up the terrified beast into a rampage and direct them toward a cliff where the buffalo would jump over it and plunge to their deaths. This would then ignite some sort of Blackfoot Indian dance where the leaders of the community would dress up like the buffalo and the Indians would thank the dead bodies for sacrificing their lives so that they could live. The Blackfoot Indians believed that the spirits of the buffalo would return then to do it all again, so the little dance was important. For them it’s a wonderful example of the circle of life as identified by people spanning back 12,000 years of the practice. Essentially modern government hasn’t evolved much from that mentality, instead of the sacrifice being buffalo this time however, its average people suffering under the mistakes of a government power hungry and out of control. They are trying to paint the world in their image, of the need for sacrifice, and some notion of the circle of life, life, death, resurrection, or to cite the Vico Cycle from the great work of James Joyce which I’m sure Amy Acton is familiar with, theocracy, aristocracy, democracy, then finally anarchy. Putting health freaks in charge of our government, people like Amy Acton are resorting to their primal instincts which are not much different from the beliefs of the Blackfoot Indians—drive people over a cliff metaphorically slaughtering their individual natures only to have them rise up as a holistic species united through crises to unleash a new age. This is the anarchy those hippie types have been craving forever and they have run us all over a cliff economically, and emotionally to ignite that new age, where the scientists might be in charge instead of the industrialist job creator. It’s a slaughter they think is for the “greater good,” and we should all be very pissed off that its been done to us.

Yesterday I noticed that the news media, especially Channel 12 in Cincinnati had become one of the first to become the boot lickers of this power move as they told the police about some kids trying to play at a park near their homes. They proudly announced their actions on Twitter and showed the police showing up to tape off the area as restricted as they stated the children playing there were in violation of the Governor’s orders, who obviously is doing everything that the hippie chick Amy Acton tells him to. Every case of every new Coronavirus test suddenly became a weapon for the various departments of health in every county to trample all over individual lives all in the name of “safety,” and throw out the constitution for the benefit of all humanity, as defined by people like Amy Acton and her notions of sacrifice. For them the need for selfless acts are no different than the spirits of the buffalo knowing that the Indians need food and that they willingly jumped to their deaths to provide sustenance for the Blackfoot people, just as we all must by sacrificing our jobs, our restaurants and our potential for individual based happy lives. Yeah, I read a lot, likely much, much more than Amy Acton—I’ve seen all this before in history and its clearly happening now in America and specifically Ohio which has led the way in most cases to the trend of the rest of the country.

Ohio government led by Amy Acton by default of Governor DeWine’s lack of good judgment has revealed about herself a person not gifted in leadership. Her reliance on academic models to predict Coronavirus outbreaks were wrong and she knows the egg on her face is going to be ruthless. She is already talking about the arm chair quarterbacks who will scrutinize and skewer her for many months to come now that people can see that the death toll is nowhere near what Acton said they would be and that what she was really after was herding us all over a cliff to change our capitalist behavior, and through a death and resurrection, a new world of sacrifice and emphasis on collectivism would be given birth in the great cycles of life. If I didn’t know hundreds of people just like her over the years I might be surprised too, but I knew there was something kooky about her, and she clearly revealed it at that press conference. Individually, I might like talking to her—in a library or a bookstore about favorite books and great authors. But setting policy in Ohio—forget it. She shouldn’t be anywhere close to a decision, of any kind. Like the Blackfoot Indians, we can’t trust them to not see us as buffalo and lead us over a cliff to our own slaughter, because they believe it’s the only way to go—which is why they are so wrong to lead.

Ohio: A Quiet Place–The list of things that can kill you more than Coronavirus

I have figured it out, Amy Acton from the Governor of Ohio’s Health Department developed her strategy for dealing with Covid-19 by watching the movie, A Quiet Place. Traveling down the roads of Ohio and through towns devoid of people I have an answer to a question I had after watching that movie, why would people just disappear and leave everything in an advanced society vacant and docile? Amy seems to be very influenced by this movie because the order to put everyone on essential house arrest to deal with this virial outbreak is precisely duplicating the actions taken in that modern horror movie. While watching that movie, and also, how people are dealing with this whole Coronavirus outbreak, I have the same question—why would people surrender their freedom and liberty for some alien invader? The monsters in A Quiet Place were scary, but there is no way they take over the world as they did in that film where everyone had to be “quiet” in order to live. People would have killed them, hunted them down and slaughtered them. The drama was a useless exercise, people wouldn’t behave that way in a crisis, or so I thought. Yet driving around Ohio its obvious that most people would behave just as the family in A Quiet Place did under threat of invasion, because they were doing just that.

Some facts about Covid-19 to keep in mind as we explore this fascinating topic of reaction to an alien invader, Covid-19 who is more deadly in perception than in actuality, just as in that movie, A Quiet Place. At the moment Ohio (as of 3-25-20) there are 704 confirmed cases of the virus and 10 confirmed fatalities. There is a strong belief that the number could be 5 times higher due to testing needs and people walking around with it who don’t know that they have it. With all that in mind that puts us at 3,520 cases in Ohio with 50 potential deaths from that population, out of just over 11 million people, statistically speaking. The death rate with some of that extra math taken into consideration is around .2%. That same dynamic could be said to be equal to the national numbers of 50,000 cases and 600 deaths. Of course when you are talking about measuring every life with a chart examining every single case it looks like a big number, but at those numbers its trending about at the same place as the common flu in creating fatalities. Even as Amy Acton spoke from her Quiet Place in the state capital of Ohio with 6 feet between her and everyone else using social distancing in this case to be quiet as in the film, to avoid the aggression of the virus, she has stated that out of all patients with Coronavirus, 11% will need to be in the ICU. Out of those with Coronavirus, 16% are healthcare workers getting it while treating those who have it. 25.7 percent of that infected population need to be hospitalized as 75-80% will be fine as out-patients. There is something very wrong here that a logical mind is missing, the danger of the virus has been elevated in some artificial way for some reason……hmmmm, what could it be?

Meanwhile, people are still dying of all the other things that they always have died over. Here is an interesting list of things that kill people every day and by year in the United States that are every bit as dangerous as this Covid-19 virus, but we have never shut down the country over them. The answer to why will make you very angry, but before getting to that, let’s have a look at the list:

115 persons die each day in motor vehicle crashes in the United States (30,000 per year)

Every day, approximately 123 Americans die by suicide

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, about 76 million people in the United States become ill from the food they eat, and about 5,000 of them die every year

Of the 5,051 people who died from choking in 2015, 2,848 were older than 74.

On average, nearly 20 people per minute are physically abused by an intimate partner in the United States. During one year, this equates to more than 10 million women and men.

Around 4.5 million Americans are bitten by dogs every year, resulting in the hospitalization of 6,000 to 13,000 people each year in the United States

Over 1,000 people get struck by lightning every year in the United States, and over 100 of them die as a result of the strike

In 2017, more than 70,000 people died from drug overdoses, making it a leading cause of injury-related death in the United States

An estimated 88,000 people (approximately 62,000 men and 26,000 women) die from alcohol-related causes annually, making alcohol the third leading preventable cause of death in the United States

500 children go to the hospital every year from choking or other injuries.

Furthermore, every year 80,000 people go to the hospital to get treatment for injuries from lawn mowers.

Every year 15,500 people go to the hospital in the United States to treat injuries caused by falling off a ladder. While 113 ladder falls every year prove to be deadly.

Every year there are 43,200 hospital visits for injuries caused by furniture tipping over onto someone. Of those people, 26 are crushed to death. While another 1.8 million people go to the hospital after falling out of bed. 450 of those people die from the fall. While coffee tables cause 143,070 children under the age of 5 to visit the emergency room every year. Also 237 people go to the hospital every year from burning themselves on lightbulbs.

Every year, 6,000 people go to the hospital for pencil related injuries. Many times the injuries are the result of a pencil being stuck in someone’s eye. While other times, sharp pencils stab and cut the skin. Of these 6,000 injuries, 100 more prove to be fatal. Pens also injure and kill people. On average, 100 people a year die from chewing on a pen

Space heaters cause 40% of all household fires. They also cause an average of 1,490 injuries and 470 deaths every single year.

The United States alone has 300 toaster-related deaths. Most of the deaths are the result of electrical shock from sticking a knife into the slots to remove jammed toast.

Every year 9000 people end up in the hospital from choking on toothpicks. Most toothpick victims are children between the ages of 5 and 14. Furthermore, an average of 3 people die every year from accidentally swallowing toothpicks, puncturing their internal organs.

An estimated 80,000 Americans died of flu and its complications in 2018.

According to the National Safety Council (NSC), in 2017 personal exercise, with or without exercise equipment, accounted for some 526,000 injuries the most of any category of sports and recreation. Basketball followed with about 500,000 injuries, while bicycling, with 457,000 injuries, and football, with 341,000 injuries, ranked third and fourth.

In the US, around 4,000 to 5,500 people die from gang violence each year. Among all gun homicide cases, 80% of them are gang related.

So as Amy Acton and Doctor Doom from the CDC have been saying, its all about bringing down the curve, the amount of sick and in need of hospital beds matched against the supply. So the need in America is to string out the cases, slow down the virus so that the hospitals won’t be overrun by the sick. But if that were the concern the World Health Organization wouldn’t be stating that America will be the next epicenter of the virus scaring everyone to death even as the CDC has ads on Fox News keeping on the front of everyone’s minds day and night so there is no room to think about anything else. The health people are talking out of both sides of their mouth for a reason—because this was never about a virus outbreak that once it is all said and done will be nothing more than just another flu. It was about scaring people into paralysis to have an influence on the dialogue for the day after, for more socialized medicine ran by the government, more funding for the CDC, and behavioral change in America in general. Hardly before anybody knew anything about this virus people were saying that life in America would never be the same.

Yet as Amy Acton spoke about the danger of the curb increasing and how terrible this week would be with sheer deaths, the 1,300 hospital beds that are available in Ohio are only 70% occupied. Based on models she has been looking at with global “scientists” all from liberalized colleges who certainly have a political stake in the outcomes of these models, she thinks Ohio will need 50% more hospital capacity before its all said and done. That however doesn’t makes sense since as we said giving generous estimates to the amount of people who actually have it, based on those who have actually been tested, there is nothing to justify that extra demand based on the rate that people are healing from the virus and being discharged to return home.

To date across the world around 100,000 people have recovered from the virus, it is not a death sentence as it has been made out to appear. It is simply another money grab for funding for the medical industry that has been artificially constrained due to socialized medicine tampering with the American supply which is precisely why Amy Acton is concerned. The limit is their own fault, and to hide it, they have sought to make it all of our problem by playing into some primal fear we all might have of an alien invasion and the behavior that might push us hiding in our homes during the days of Armageddon, which government sought to create to hide their intentions all along. And because of all that they have taken a virus, that certainly has its risk factors, but is nothing outside of the dangers we have in every day life, and blown them out of proportion to drive a day after response to socialized medicine, New Green Deal concerns, and to harm the American economy to equalize with the rest of the world in a very political way. And to do it, they tapped into our greatest fears, likely by watching some movie like A Quiet Place and trying to make laws that brought that reality to our daily lives by taking fiction and turning it into perceptual fact.

Matthew 5:5 is True: The meek have inherited the earth and they are running our government

The most common mistake that I have heard in relation to the China Virus outbreak is the weakness in philosophy that it has exposed in our culture. As I heard governor after governor declare as they instituted essentially martial law throughout the week using the state to take over the means of capital was the Bible verse from Matthew 5:5 where Jesus said from his famous Sermon on the Mount that the “meek will inherit the earth” is that the term had been weaponized by the governments of the east to destroy the capitalism of the west. Socialism is a very eastern idea, the concept of the “greater good” and that “we’re all in this together” are concepts that were formalized by Karl Marx in his Communist Manifesto and Das Kapital and spread into academic institutions to collide with the religions of Europe to prepare the mind of the modern human being a mixed bag of emotions on the topic. There is a lot of communism and socialism spawned straight from Karl Marx that is emerging violently from the fear of the China Virus and ultimately, that is the fact behind the multitude of conspiracy theories. If you want to destroy America, exploit the massive hole that is right in the middle of their entire thought process, their love of capitalism mixed with the strong belief in the Bible teachings, particularly that of Matthew 5:5.

It was quite clear by Friday of last week that the governors, Republicans and Democrats had been exposed. In their church services was their teachings of Jesus that was calling on them to put lives over livelihoods, or otherwise home arrest over production. Capitalism would have to take a back seat to the danger of this virus because lives needed to be saved. So why don’t conservatives use that same argument when it comes to abortion? How can we let liberal governors declare martial law to save lives and to destroy the entire economy yet allow them to support the killing of babies through abortion? See what I mean, the hypocrisy is quite obvious? And what right do governors, especially Republican ones in Ohio have to tell us that they define every life, elderly to infent and must choose between the economy and a life pent up and afraid in their homes trying to buy toilet paper. We’re not talking about quality of life as a measurement, we’re just talking about being alive, even if it is government that keeps those lives on life support because people grow to become so meek and helpless that they are always looking for a savior in government to pacify their ambitions for Jesus to lead them to the next place in their lives. When challenged, meek people resort to their natural desire to be led by a savior and when your politicians are meek, they of course are easy to exploit if they are seen as an enemy by foreign and domestic enemies. The way to beat such people is not with a surge against a castle wall, but through their minds and imaginations. The Covid-19 virus has been just such a weapon, no matter how valid of a virus it is, the perception of it being a killer has brought to the surface a lot of meekness in our personal American philosophies that have shown a vulnerability that our enemies have found beneficial to them.

However, it has been a while since Karl Marx sought to exploit the meekness of Roman Catholic Europe by repackaging the Christian doctrine of Jesus into the terms socialism and communism. Jesus and his teachings were very much concepts that came from Buddhism flowing out of India and the ancient texts of Enoch, the foundation for the Bible many thousands of years before it was written in the first centuries AD. Yet the religion of Christianity was designed to overtake the pagan religions of Rome and the Greeks which were still very much a part of western civilization and we still yearn for them today, as a free people looking for higher concepts. So when we are free to think, free to make money, and free of tyrannical authority, we can explore such concepts, but in times of trouble we instantly resort to what we were taught in college and in our churches, that the meek are the way to go, union membership is where the meek go for protection, and that we are all one big happy collectivist family where altruism is the saving grace of mankind. After all, Jesus died for our sins and so can you. This world is crummy, ratty, and evil, except for our collective summation. As individuals, we are all sinners, but together we can be redeemed if only we follow Jesus.

To rid ourselves of this obvious quandary in America we invented capitalism to the level that it has given us freedom from all these philosophic nightmares and allowed us to define morality through worth—the things that people do with their lives as individuals and therefore collectively increase the lives of everyone else. In such a society it’s not the meek who own the earth but those who work 100 hours a week to improve their lives, which then puts pressure on the meek to match those efforts, which of course they don’t like. So for the Chinese to topple the American economy they have discovered that the way to do it is to exploit this deficient belief system that we have where on one hand we believe that the meek deserve to inherit the earth and that there is some kind of honor in it. What was it that DeWine’s administration was trying to say in Ohio about all those people who were suddenly unemployed because big daddy Jesus government came in and took over the means of production, which would have a modern day Karl Marx orgasmic with delight—“its not shameful to get on unemployment.” Otherwise saying, government is here for you, be meek and join us all.

I would argue that Americans invented capitalism to determine true value for things without needing a savior, whether its Jesus or government to guide us through life. Our invention of a free market system was to shake off the title of meekness and to strive for greatness, which is a divorce from the collectivism of the east. But not everyone in America can quite wrap their minds around the idea. They enjoy the culture of sports, food, and employment that is only present in America at all hours of the day and night, but when presented with a life or death situation, even if it’s a made up perception such as Covid-19, they quickly resort to their Matthew 5:5 default mode which has been taught every Sunday in every church since the Roman Empire. With a crises looming, these so-called leaders in government went to their default modes and abandoned the free market, the solution of western civilization and clung to the runs of a ladder into Hell with eastern concepts of collectivism, altruism and sacrifice to the greater good, just as some ancient Mesopotamian civilization might have sacrificed a virgin to the gods to grow crops, or to hope that the gods might help them win an upcoming battle. The meekness of the truly weak has been exploited, weaponized and used to destroy western civilization as we know it with the fear of a tiny little virus of little real consequence called Covid-19—the China Virus. And guess what, every person calling out for sacrifice, collective salvation and understanding are wrong. They are just trying to take the world back to the past, before America divorced those ancient religions and hoaky practices in favor of something far better. We should never have to choose between lives or livelihoods, because both are important and feed each other. Those who say otherwise want to put the church or the state back in control which is what all this has always been about, and for a global power like China that wants to crush the American markets, and American ideas in favor of global communism run by an all powerful state, the China Virus has been their weapon of war to attack our mindful foundations, and it’s been working.

Tom Brady is going to Tampa Bay: Lessons in leadership that our government could stand to learn

In spite of the entire country being shut down due to stupid politicians overreacting to an obvious power play by the CDC and World Health Organization to get funding for their mythical universal vaccine that they want to implement by 2025—more on that later—I’ve been having a fantastic week. With everything closed it has given more time to read with less distractions and honestly, I wouldn’t mind if it went on this way forever. If I have a reading light and we lost everything of modern convenience, I wouldn’t notice much. But I do not like having the culture we have built as Americans robbed from us. It’s a punch in the face and it deserves us hitting back. So, it has been fun to learn that Tom Brady has signed with my favorite football team, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, which I haven’t talked about in a while because there hasn’t been much to talk about. However, in the realm of leadership the Glazer Family in Tampa continues to show truly what is at the heart of American innovation and optimism. The Buccaneers have not been to a playoff game for a number of years, but its not because the ownership hasn’t been trying. They have went through a number of coaches and players looking for just the right combination to find a winning team and now that they have signed Tom Brady after his two decades with the Patriots and his six Super Bowls with them, the Buccaneers have nearly guaranteed themselves a shot at that final elusive game at their home stadium since the next one will be at Raymond James Stadium. And the way the deal went down and why is something about leadership worth talking about.

The problem with government is that they don’t understand people and human innovation. Even well intended governors in top tier states like Mike DeWine through limited intellectual bandwidth thinks that his top priority as a governor is to save lives. But through his leadership if he mismanages those priorities he could scare everyone to death trying to save them and that is not uncommon in any top political office where they are put there by popular majority opinion rather than the true nature of a skill set. If you can scare people enough and get them to vote for you, then in politics that is a measure of success, but when real leadership is needed, nobody is there to do it because the job doesn’t flush out those traits in people and you end up with a bunch of losers trying to put a cap on life to measure success within those limits—then we end up with a society of losers. I know Trump understands this trait and he is personal friends with Tom Brady and all those guys get what real leadership is, especially in the context of games. Trump didn’t have much of a choice but to go along with this massive CDC, WHO scheme to get funding for their projects. Panic driven politicians will pay them anything they want now, so the mission has been accomplished for those organizations and if Trump resisted during an election year they would have massacred him in the press. So he is using the virus to unite people from both parties which will pretty much guarantee his re-election. It’s going to cost us trillions of dollars, but who’s counting anyway? We must save lives. (LOL) Trump, like Tom Brady has such great leadership that they think there is no surrender so long as there is time on the clock. If Trump gets re-elected, he figures he can fix everything, which is why he’s a winner. And that is likely what attracted Tom Brady to the Buccaneers, a chance to do the same and punch his own ticket as an individual for a return to a Super Bowl with a loaded team looking for that much needed leadership.

The Glazer Family is unlike other NFL team owners in that they don’t stick with a losing formula long. They will make quick and drastic adjustments to get a winning team, which works in every field—not just sports. So, I have been a Tampa Bay fan since the days that Sam Wyche was with the team after he was fired from the Cincinnati Bengals. I have not been a Bengal fan since. I cheer them on because the Bengals are my home town team, but the Mike Brown ownership of the Bengals and that family in general has a loser mindset that has sealed their fate as long as they own the team, so my decision was to put my sentiment in central Florida, a place I consider my second home anyway. The Buccaneers are loaded with talent trying to make a mediocre quarterback that they had there a champion, but the kid just couldn’t do it. Tom Brady can see it, so he has signed to lead the team to one of the most spectacular seasons that the NFL will ever see. The passing attack will be unstoppable with a quarterback as good as Brady. But those conditions weren’t created by Brady, they were created by an ownership trying every day to win. They had all the pieces in place with the payroll to show for it, but a quarterback. Now they have the best that there has ever been and anybody would have to admire that effort.

As we look around at a world closing itself off from a hidden virus, afraid of their own shadows, it was refreshing to hear from the real world and culture of America when there wasn’t any other positive news. And as bad as things have been, I enjoyed tremendously getting this news. It has been such a let down to see that the mighty American economy could be switched off so easily over a fear provoked by health officials who are always looking for money and attention that it has ground our culture to a stop and given our enemies the benefit of a laugh. I have watched the Buccaneers struggle through many seasons where they entered it with optimism and ended in failure but what I always love about them, and why I have stuck with them for so long is that they always keep trying and are perpetually on the hunt for great leadership. And that’s why they were willing to do whatever they had to do to acquire Tom Brady. In politics we have elections that allow us to look for great leadership and when we have had it, the established order of losers have attacked it with everything they have. And what’s depressing about this China Virus scare is that we have allowed it to even ruin our elections. That’s why this news about Tom Brady going to my favorite team was so optimistic. Its good to see out there that some people still get it, Brady gets it, the team gets it, and the ownership in Tampa gets it. And maybe when other people see all these elements coming together they might learn something about having a winning attitude, even when failure and loss is the only thing they experience. There is a lot of merit in continuing to try until you do get it right and after America comes out of this fake virus scare, they’ll learn a few things by watching Tom Brady pick a franchise up on his back and carry it to a victorious season. The same kind of sentiment can be done in politics if only people had the courage to do it.

Ohio is Closed for Business: Amy Acton is in charge and she wants us all to be quiet

One thing was clear when Governor DeWine, Lt Governor Husted, and Ding Bat Amy Acton shut down Ohio for business out of fear of a little virus called Covid-19 and that was that the next governor of Ohio needs to be a business guy, not some career politician. It was embarrassing to watch a Republican administration talk about essential services as just the supply chain that keeps people fed, like truckers and store clerks, but ignored all the other businesses that do just about everything that society needs. And they are wondering why more people aren’t in the business of making face masks and that getting them now is in such short supply. Government is certainly the problem; they don’t get it. To listen to the Sunday press conference where our one man show under emergency orders and no legislature to help cool heads prevail is copying other panic driven losers from other states in putting people under house arrest essentially and stopping all businesses except for those who beg and plead to manufacture things. When pressed on the topic by a reporter Jon Husted stated that some people would be allowed to feed animals at zoos, and those kinds of things. Is that what he thinks makes the motor of the world work? It was an unbelievable display of an out-of-touch group of people who are just disconnected from reality.

Particularly, Amy Acton went on quite a spiel about having to drive in to work to give those daily news conferences on the China Virus and to be insulted that it was business as usual, that people were ignoring her “suggestions” on how to deal with this virus outbreak. An “outbreak” as defined by health nuts and liberal losers. Not by rational people, certainly not. Amy went on to say that we should be listening to the people in Italy who are suffering from this virus as if all conditions are apples to apples comparisons. She stated quite explicitly that we all needed to calm down and be quiet and that was somehow going to save millions of lives. It was unbelievable that DeWine let her prattle on like that, but he seems used to it. No wonder he thinks the sky is falling listening to her for a few minutes. I have joked about his relationship with her, but I don’t think its so much of a joke. She has him wrapped around her finger and this is the danger of emergency orders that go on for indefinite periods of time by single points of failure. And this governor and his administration is out of touch by his leadership and this virus issue is well beyond his scope to deal with. He’s a law guy, not a business guy and we all knew that going in with him. But he has failed worse than any of us feared. Under pressure he has folded like a cheap lawn set. DeWine tried to keep things positive, but its obvious that its Amy Acton that is running Columbus without the legislature knowing anything about what’s going on.

When the rumors of Ohio shutting its doors to the world and telling everyone to stay home emerged early Sunday morning I started making phone calls to get a bead on the situation, and they didn’t know anything was going to happen. Yet the rumor was flowing, in the same way as the rumors of all the Humvees being shipped around the country and that Trump’s DOJ is seeking ways to arrest people to hold indefinitely. People can see what’s happening and they don’t like it, the government is turning up the temperature of the water and seeing how far they can go without the frog jumping out. Some people have already jumped out of the water and are ready for war. I have been trying to quell those thoughts, but when I used the usual chains of command to get answers, the people in the state legislature couldn’t tell me, which meant that the Governor was going rogue and using his emergency powers in an abusive way. Sure enough, at 2 PM, just as almost every day since the previous Sunday revealed, DeWine was further encroaching against our rights and he expected conformance without question. It’s not hard to blame people for thinking that this government has turned against them. Now they have had their jobs robbed from them and their employers are being handed a costly bill that no bailout can pay back.

And we are being sold that this is our generation’s World War II effort, and that we all must make sacrifices. No, we don’t, only stupid people talk like that. The reason we have medical shortages to deal with a flood of Covid-19 cases is because there hasn’t been enough free market in the medical field. You can hear in Amy’s statements a radical climate activist, she wants the roads clear, she wants the world to be quiet. That sounds like a psycho to me. But worse, we are told that we must sacrifice because the medical industry isn’t ready for a surge in need. Why is that, because we have Medicaid expansion that is essentially cost controls mandated from government, and we’ve spent the last decade debating socialized medicine in Obamacare. So there haven’t been any great innovations or manufacturers entering the marketplace because the last thing they want is big daddy government in their back pocket controlling their margins. That’s why we aren’t ready for a Covid-19 outbreak. If government had not been locking up that huge part of our economy, we might well have drive through windows right now solving all these problems like a fast food restaurant. It was government that caused the problems and here was Amy Acton complaining that she needs more government power to protect health care workers dealing with limited supplies—caused by government. It’s insane that these people can talk with a straight face. We must sacrifice because government has stood in the way of progress—not because this is our World War II moment to show what we’re made of. It’s a stupid problem to have that stupid people have made for us, and now we are being told to deal with more stupidity because they don’t know what they are doing, or have let environmental activists confuse medicine as the new Green Deal.

What is obvious is that there is tyranny in safety and the incompetent wish to hide in doing the easiest thing there is to do in the world, and that is to say no. No for people who can’t tell what the truth is from what is false, or radical, or politically motivated is what these three chose to do as they have acted well out of the norms of the legislature. The strains of emergency powers utilized under duress and a lack of understanding about the free market and the nature of business has taken a toll on these minds and revealed what could only be considered insanity and a state of disconnected understanding as the world burns while we are told it is heroic to hide in our homes while an invisible enemy pillages us, by the definition of Amy Acton and the World Health Organization. By saying no, not making a leadership decision to understand what the real numbers of Covid-19 mean, DeWine’s administration has put us all in harm’s way and this is a caution for all things in the future. Government must always have a check on their power, even under emergency situations with no end date in site. This doesn’t pass the smell test and now we are all in jeopardy not from a virus, but from government itself. Ohio is closed for business because our leadership was weak, acted alone and couldn’t live up to the pressure as their imaginations have run away from them and logic has fled for more sane minds.
